Employees are very helpful. Tv had demo screen on all night and no bath mat in room and my entire floor smelled like green peppers.

Late night. Not expecting to stay at Comfort Inn and Suites and and had expected on be home. It was nice not having to drive after working all day. Staff was kind and understanding that we were exhausted. Nice breakfast the next morning.

Stayed here while in town for a work leadership meeting. Comphy beds, clean rooms, with great attentive staff.

But let's take a minute to give a shout out to the overnight desk clerk. This girl (I wish I had her name), was ON POINT with her guest satisfaction! Besides being helpful and friendly, girl threw down a breakfast like I haven't seen before (and I've stayed in some very prestigious hotels before), the attention to detail was out of this world. The food was hot, fresh, and so delicious! There was not one thing that I could have wanted that wasn't already there.

Loved this hotel and staff. Traveling with elderly handicapped mother and they helped us switch rooms, helped by sharing a stepstool, brought food left in first room to fridge in new room. Rm 106 is fully accessible with roll in shower, detachable showerhead, all necessary metal bars for assist. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Meet with family in lobby in sitting area with comfortable chairs. Plenty of seating for breakfast, and a conference table in lobby as well as a separate conference room. The wifi is great.

Room was clean well maintained and nice. The hotel is is updated and the front desk was awesome and very helpful. It's is a good location. Parking area is well lit. And the breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay there again.

Ineffective communication between staff, rude and dismissive front desk clerk on morning shift.

Had a great staycation! Housekeeping is Amazing! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was great, nice variety of food. Hotel was well lit, I felt safe. It was a great time, one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

I explained what I needed for my 2 rms and when I arrived check in was easy and rms were perfect. Lobby area was shinning clean along with room. 2 day adventure was entertaining and restful.

Stayed here last night. Our room smelt like smoke terribly. It was obvious somone was smoking more than a few in the bathroom. It was enough to make your eyes burn - no joke. All I got from the front desk was a “sorry”. No discount, nothing. I paid for a non-smoking room and obviously didn’t get one. I’m not one to make a scene or complain. I made the front desk aware of the situation and made it obvious it was really bad. I gave them the opportunity to make it right on their own and they did not.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot, and it’s conveniently located right off the highway.

Nice clean comfy place, wonderful staff. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, different breads for toast, oatmeal, etc.

Place is very clean. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the room I was in was right by the washing machines and driers. Was very loud in the morning

Nice comfy beds, one night our TV quit working, rebooted the cable box like front desk told us and didn't help, just watched TV on my phone, was working the next morning.

2nd time we have stayed here. This time we got a room on the back side of the building. Semi trucks with refrigerator units park on the front side and run all night. Clean and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating.
