Best bank ever! Superior customer service, total professionalism, friendly, fast, attentive, caring and more!

Went in today with a issue with my account but Sam currie took care of the issue. He always have good customer service and always greet you with a smile and positive attitude. Every time I come into the bank. Sam currie is a great guy I recommend anyone to go to this bank. Their staff is great thanks again Sam for your help.

This location always has the best service. Sam C is a awesome Banker that I can count on anytime I need him & the rest of the staff is great too!

This branch is the worst! Just the most scathing customer service in any industry. The young lady that works there named Madison Tepping really needs some retraining in her communication and customer service skills. It’s like nobody there has any type of etiquette and that is really a bad thing in todays world! I would think that proper customer service and etiquette would be mandatory in the position they serve. The service at this Grandview branch is below anyones standards of how you treat your customers. Especially ones that have current accounts. This is definitely not the first time that interactions in this branch have been very far below standards. At this point you would almost feel like it’s cultural of how they operate. That usually comes from leadership or lack there of. I will definitely being following up with corporate.

I love my bank! Commerce has been my favorite bank and I have tried a few others but I always came back.

This institution is about the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I have received HUNDREDS in overdraft fees and can't get any help with a resolution. I just get transferred from one call to another for hours. They won't care about you and pawn off complex problems to the next employee

Worst bank ever. Representatives are always rude and my card gets after buying groceries about once a month. Hate this place and will be finding a new bank.

Went to the location twice trying to do something simple but it was made into something difficult twice very disappointed with the establishment as well as the two women that assisted me. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
