Community Counseling Center reviews
8I'm extremely disappointed in there services ive been with them for 6 months an they told me they had my referral in for casemanagement And therapy now there telling me they can't find my referral or the stuff I signed to get casemanagement if ur not gonna help me I'll gladly go elsewhere
Very helpful place but the cluster program is not very helpful staff at liberty cluster program is rude and disrespectful and the whole place went down hill since 2016
If you want your medication to be called in on time go elsewhere. I have been seeing a doctor at Community Counseling for over six months, and after each appointment I get the runaround when I go to get my medication. You would think they would be more time sensitive considering they are dealing with psychiatric patients who need these meds in order to to about their everyday life. Almost every time I have called Community Counseling to get things figured out I have been spoken to like I am an idiot.
After the last 5 years I found Dr. Courtney Johnson to be excellent! However CCC is another bureaucratic fishbowl and is NOT a place to get "real help" other than psych meds. At CCC the front office treats you like a 2nd rate human with their policies & condescending tone. Finally had enough of that BS. I now use an simple online Dr to provide my meds. I hope Courtney goes into private practice someday. I'd be a customer.
These ppl are rude and most definitely cold hearted! I have witness people being mistreated and turned away!
If I could give a zero I would! I went in and decided it was time to seek help for the first time ever on my own. Went through 2 appointments which was the start of intake and the end of it. After everything I was told they were booked and there was a waiting list. Then informed that my family makes to much for the sliding scale which I can’t afford full price due to some stuff going on. Why would you guys put people under all that just to mess with their mental health that they’re already struggling with?
I didn't go there at all I don't know why it's asking me for this stuff when I didn't go
The people who work here are very rude and treat every client like an inconvenience and a burden. If you deal with suicidal thoughts or ideations do NOT come here, they'll make it worse. I almost killed myself today because of the way I was talked to by 4 different people all today. I hate this place and I hate that I need my psych doctor from here. If I could find any other place that I could see a psych doctor I would.
