9I've been with Communtiy America for three years now, and never had issue with this credit union. Highly recommended to anyone.
Use to use us bank and got charged for having regular accounts like "maintenance fees" community America is all free accounts and they literally pay you once a year just to have stuff open with them. Not to mention the lowest interest rates on vehicle loans.
There is zero reason why you shouldn't switch to them.
Amazing customer service! Gentleman who waited on me today was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with my bank statements!
Could you please have the ATMs dispense in 20's (or 10,20,50) instead of hundreds all the time? Believe it or not not everyone can or is willing to take large bills. (and yes I can go buy a pack of gum to break it, but then I have to plan for that etc). Thanks.

I switched to CACU this year, and feel right at home. This is the first time I feel like like my bank is on my team. Specifically, I came in with an error I made on Christmas Eve. Devyn Oatis didn't have to correct it but he reached out to branch manager James Shoaf and corrected the issue. These two made my day!
Not sure why their rating is so low. Community America is a great credit union. Fast and friendly. Interest dividends every month. Absolutely the best institution I’ve ever dealt with.
It is inside Hy-vee which is convenient. I just opened a bank account there and recently refinanced my car loan there from California which was made simple by Alex and she was more then helpful. I am very glad I picked this bank and so stoked that it's 5 mins from my home
They don't support small business. My wife tried to open a business account they made it near impossible. She left and went to plattevally bank we start a business account in minutes. Also we have had a account at community America for over 10 years and never over drafted and kept 1000's in the account. Community America Bank sucks
