The profit payout I received was laughable at best to advise me that I should be happy with receiving 16.14 payout and I have banked with ca all these years is downright insulting after you consider how much money I spent on overdraft fees it depressing and unreasonable to believe anyone would get excited by this in this economy where food is higher than ever and the rich keep getting richer and the poor poorer. Tf

Good Location, friendly staff, but the ATM by the street is sketchy and run REALLLLY slow.

Their online banking (including their app) is down for 3+ days for a system upgrade!? ! Crazy. Unheard of for the 21st century. And on top of that all their branches are closed during the same period.

Amazing place to bank with. OSCAR is the type of person to make you feel comfortable, Important and heard. While going through my recent loan process I felt nothing short of confident. He really put my mind to ease. He did whatever he could to ensure I would meet my goals. IM SO GLAD I SWITCHED TO THIS BANK.

This review is specific to this location. Twice I have come in on a Saturday to open an additional business account and twice have been told they cannot help me.

I’ve lost count how many times the ATM outside will not allow a cash or check deposit. Here on a Monday 50 minutes after the lobby closed it’s already full?: (Doesn’t seem like full on the weekend like the last person that commented about this issue.

It’d be nice if they were open past 5pm too.

The alarm on the side of the building has been going off for god knows how long. There is no way to call this branch to see what is going on. Really stupid and ruining every ones day.

The service is great inside, but if you're expecting a quick ATM cash deposit, the machine never seems to accept it. And there's no drive thru option. Seems kind of silly considering the pandemic situation.

Walked into the branch and asked them a very simple question of whether they do new construction loans for residential properties or not. Somehow nobody in the entire Bank knows whether their bank is able to offer this type of loan nor were they will get a hold of anybody that knew that information.

I would not recommend Community America as a mortgage lender. After ongoing unprofessional communication from our mortgage advisor and processor, we arrived at the title company on the day of closing and learned that Community America needed additional documentation related to an easement. This was never communicated to our agent or to us even though Community America acknowledged having found out about it days earlier. Processor refused to take any responsibility and the mortgage advisor never answers his phone. As a result, closing is delayed. Zero stars.

Made a cash deposit and the atm excepted the money and seconds later the screen shut off. The whole system rebooted for 12 minutes so I waited btw it was raining while it still had my card and after it did all that there was no sign of my transaction. Now I have to dispute this and prove that I even put money in. 3-5 businessdays they say. Great atm definitely recommend this one smh.

The entire team here is amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Love the modern way of banking here! Attached their business concierge banking is also a great feature to this branch. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else downtown but with them, because of their exceptional service!

I was convinced by one of the agents that represented the credit union has made some clear statements to me and that he override all things for me so I could bank with these guys I must say he was honest and incase something goes wrong he will promise to make it up to you one way or another these guys are fair and that’s what gives me benefit of the doubt this is a great way to save your money and built up on ur monthly funds I respect credit unions in general better than banks

I just moved back to KCMO and opened new accounts here. I originally chose a credit union because their philosophy is more in line with my ideas of how business should be done and the lack of ridiculous fees. I can say that my experience exceeded my expectations.
Carrie did a great job going over my options and their online banking site is really useful and user friendly. I was amazed to see they offer a holiday savings account too. My old bank eliminated these back in the 90s.
I found the branch office far less stuffy than a traditional bank while still feeling completely professional.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to change banks or set up new accounts.
