5We have been with you for years (when you were the TWA CU) and we have only had the best service. Thank you and everyone that works there for their fine service.
Second time I’ve come to this location and my card gets stuck in the ATM and the screen freezes. So I gotta go park my car. Get my child out of the car. Go get help. Go back and sit in my car and wait for someone to come reboot the machine so I can get my card back. Super frustrating.
TJ was excellent in helping me yesterday. I was so frustrated with poor back office help but he was a great experience and his performance reminded me why I bank there. Professional and productive, he will always be successful.
Tiffany was AMAZING! We were having issues with our mortgage being drafted incorrectly and she was so patient and helpful. We love CACU, switched from bank of America and never looked back!
