CommunityAmerica Credit Union reviews
6On hold forever. FRAUD charge, bank no help without cancelling debit card.
I haven't had any problems with this branch. Their customer service is awesome.
Katie was my bank teller helping me out to open a bank account she was so rude to me and acted like I wasn’t good enough to bank there and when I expressed my concerns as too why she wouldn’t even attempt to open an account she responded with ok. If you want people business you don’t treat them like they aren’t valued and don’t matter 10/10 will never recommend starting a bank with them.
Nothing but positive things to say. Always had a helpful representative assist me and my family.
TERRIBLE Customer Service, at least when you use the teller machine inside the branch the CA employees are always friendly and provide great customer service. Better off using one of the Kiosks!
Its been a good bank for a very long time.maybe some of that's changing with the times, i guess we'll see.i wouldn't recommend any of the hyvee locations, nor the noland road location north of I-70.there's alot to say about it but to keep it short there's a competency issue.
