CommunityAmerica Credit Union reviews
5I go thru this bank, and made my boyfriend go get his first bank card/account. The workers here are AMAZING and made sure he had his preferred name and pronouns. Extremely respectful, helpful, sweet, full of character. I love it here so much! Thank you guys for being amazing
Diana Alexander and Jamal Williams customer service skills are unmatched! Thanks a ton Community America!
I can't believe that I wait over 30+ minutes. But when I walked in everybody just walking around. Ask if we need help. Yes what about stop waist company money and have 2 people help walk in and the rest answer phone. This the only bank with this phone issue. I try to save gas by calling I have to go in and they greet me with stupid fony smile. Why can be simple put me straight to costumer service
Thank you Angela! Your the only one that helped me until you knew my problem was resolved. The five stars I'm giving are because of you!
The banking part is great. My Mortgage Lender Jim was atrocious. He did not communicate to me about how he messed up and was off on the calculations until the day before signing on my house. What was suppose to be $4000 thousand (this what he told me) was at closing, it turned into $5946. When I called him about the HUGE discrepancy He stated that he had been doing refi's for the last few years and misjudged the taxes and interest. I found this out the day before signing. If I didn't have my bank set up with this company I would have pulled the loan and my money from a bank that lies to me. Once I refinance my house and not with CACU. I will be changing banks as well. To think that his words were " there is nothing you can do. "
