I'm crazy and they make sure I get my they send them in the mail and they're about to put me in inpatient treatment

I really like the dentist Dr H but I started having panic attacks because they changed the bite block they were using.

Everyone I've met have been very helpful they got me in the same day I walked in.they seem to really care for their patients.

I missed an appointment by mistake and they came to check on me.

Unresponsive by phone for an unacceptable length of time, they give you the run around from voice mail to voice mail

My review is for the dental. I had 2 issues but still want to give 5 stars. The dentist, and all the staff I came into contact with were so nice. They did a great job removing my tooth. However. For some reason, my appointment was cancelled without my consent. Since we’d already made the drive, I went ahead and filled out my paperwork early to save time the next day. My paperwork was lost. I overheard that someone accidentally shredded it. So obviously there’s a few problems, but overall a great place. Things happen. They also got me signed up for Medicaid which I appreciate.

I don't know if they are understaffed or just plain unprofessional. I've only been there twice, trying to get established with a new doctor there and it has been a CIRCUS!

Both my visits lasted about 3-4 hours each, with me mostly just sitting in the waiting room, and only about 60-90 minutes to talk to someone. (It wasn't even in person, it was via Telehealth both times)

Then went I went there for my second attempt at trying to find a doctor, it was a bunch of sitting in the waitng room once again.

I noticed others that came in AFTER me were getting helped faster, and when I finally went up to the desk to see what was taking so long, they had lost my paperwork!

It hadn't even been in the system even though I completed it a week before.

When they finally found it, and someone to see for that day, they said they might have to refer me somewhere else!

The only reason they're getting 3 stars is because they seem to keep the place clean and they're friendly at least. Friendly, but lost or just plain clueless.

So yeah. Go here if you want what's supposed to be a 90 minute appointment to last over four hours.

I hear a lot of complaints but over the years I have had very few issues with any aspect of Pathway's / Compass Health and feel fortunate to have had the wonderful support system that I have had through many tumultuous times in my life.

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years. I’m 19, and have a full time job. It’s hard enough to get a appointment scheduled over the phone enough because no one will answer hardly ever.you will be on hold for 30-50 mins before having someone get to you. It’s quite annoying honestly. I wish they would just answer the phone.

Was scheduled with a provider who decided after I was scheduled they didn’t want new clients instead of getting in contact with me to reschedule I find out the day of my appointment that it’s been canceled. Was told I was left a voice mail but when through all voicemails including deleted messages on the day they said I was contacted but no record of them ever trying to let me know. I scheduled in November which took about 45 minutes because they didn’t seem to know what they were doing appointment set for January and told that I can’t be seen for over another month to get medication. Absolutely ridiculous. They offer referrals to other offices which half of the numbers I was provided weren’t accurate and refuse to eat the cost of the appointment when it was their fault in the first place. Now it’s either go yet another month without medication or spend hundreds for an appointment that I definitely can’t afford. If your only option is compass health like me I’m very sorry for you.

I am so sick of this office. It's just a nightmare. In Dec towards the end we had a snow storm. Well the night before the storm they called to say everyone was being seen by phone. So the day of the appointment we waited for the message to connect. After it didn't arrive 15 mins early we called and were told they were just running behind. Then the apt time came still no message received so I called again. Same story were busy and running late. 20 mins after the apt I called back for the 3rd time this time I was told my Daughter's apt had been cancelled. At this point I was pretty angry. I said I didn't cancel this apt we've been waiting for 40 mins for this apt. Now I'm told there is zero apts until febuarary this leaves my adult child with zero refills for medication. Plenty of times we are down to our last one or 2 pills. Lucky us this wasnt the case. Imagine a breakdown right right before the holidays. Since my child is stable and hasn't needed hospitalized in 4 years I'm not about to let this happen. This is unexceptable. This morning I've been on hold for almost an hour. They won't answer the phone how exactly do I get help here? Don't even get me started about how weve been tossed from one doctor to another over the years. More often than not they have no staff answering phones or doctors working. Basically if you have serious issues its worthless. I think it's time to start looking elsewhere it's a shame since this office is close to home I've been on hold since 8: 25am its now 9: 29am. I'm trying to get medication my guess is the office is still closed. So it's been closed since last Thursday. It's Monday Jan 2nd they should be open today. I'm pretty upset. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
