7 ago I did not have a good experience with the staff and dentist here for my son, fast forward with my now 2 year the new pediatric dentist and staff are soo so accommodating and sweet. My two year old has oral sensitivities and they are so understanding about his reactions when it comes to such things. I truly appreciate there kindness and patience.

Despite what others may think they have experienced at this place, this place is wonderful. All the staff I've dealt with here are truely so helpful and accepting/understanding and I will continually come here for my care and my family's care. The medicines proscribed to me has helped me in so many ways that I can't even begin to explain. Literally.

Disaster in health. I could easily use a worse description of their care, in regards to children. Inexperienced "counselors/therapists" and lack of proper knowledge as to basic communication and treatment of children. Politely communicated this several times counselors/ management and shown no concern to this problem. Instead I was met with concealment of actions and complete disregard of reality. I have evidence of this continuing problem, that they have no interest in examining. Only an interest to sweep it under the rug and conceal it. If that is not bad enough, management states that they aren't trained properly for what situations they encounter and why they are there in the first place. This only makes things disastrously worse for a child who recieves their "services". If your children's lives or future matter to you, I would not allow them near your child. It is quite sickening to experience their attitudes. Not healthy for anyone involved. But Denial and Hypocrisy is negative for all involved, regardless of the situation. Not looking at one's actions is the definitions of such things. I can prove every word if anyone would be interested in looking. Words and actions may not align but I'm sure the payments are always there. That is all that matters.

Doctor David Glick hes the best doctor I've ever met. He has saved my life. I live in Holly Hills. This office is in Union. I Would ride a bicycle to see him If I had to. I'm glad he didn't go out-of-state. Because I would be going there to see him. I would give 10 stars if I could. Hes one of them doctors that actually care about you. Far and few between. A doctor with a heart.

Dental side the staff is very good & patient friendly, now regular doctor side not so much my kiddos doctor dr.matt is nice but me and the wife's doctor Dr.heather extremely rude, makes comments to otherwise assume you're on some type of street drugs, seems like a bitter woman to have such a ill attitude with patients. Also we are not the only family that thinks this about the rude doctor

I've gone to Compass for therapy and psychiatric care for almost two years, maybe three. I've had a frustrating shuffle with therapists. I met with one, had about two meetings with him, and then lost contact with no warning or explanation at all. When I went into the office for a psych appointment, I found out he no longer worked there and they had not reassigned me. Then, I had a temporary therapist, and now I'm with my current therapist. That alone was frustrating. My psychiatrist, however, has been the reoccurring issue time and time again. She appears to have no interest in my actual wellbeing. When I bring up my problems, she treats me like a child, and she's encouraged my parents to disrespect my boundaries. My parents have to step in for her to take any action whatsoever for my care. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the start of my therapy visits, which then my psychiatrist removed because I didn't fit her idea of ADHD. When my mother was diagnosed elsewhere, she advocated for me, and a week ago I started medication, though I fear this medication will not help me. She only gave me a week's worth of this new medication, and then we couldn't get my refill until Monday, but now the price of my medicine has almost quadrupled for no apparent reason. Scheduling with her is hard enough, so asking her directly about the medication price would take an unreasonably long time. She has me on a cocktail of medications when I believe the proper ADHD meds would be enough. She is the only psychiatrist available to minors, so I am stuck with her. I've spoken to some of her other patients, and they've had the same/similar issues. I enjoy the therapy. I do not enjoy HER. Completely unacceptable.

I took my husband to the mental health part, because he needs help, we sat there for hours, and he wasn't seen, this hs happened twice. We won't ever go back, I will take him to a place where he's actually going to get the help he needs, without sitting fir hours, I took off work to take him, and my job expects me to have something, saying I was there. This place is a joke, they aren't interested in helping anyone, I don't recommend anyone go there for anything. Frankly I would rather die then go there ever again!

Compass dental, primary a mental health are amazing, great, quick service, polite and they care about their patients.

Dental use to be good, not anymore. I went once and the dentist wasn't in. I went another time and she wanted to do a little work but not what was agreed on. I had waited 6 weeks for an appointment. I don't care for several shots and visits when I have to numb that area I want all the work done. I was told I would need to wait another 6 weeks. I was told I needed 5 fillings and a crown. Went to a different dentist needed 4 fillings and no crown. Again it use to be good dental and maybe it will again. The medical is great doctor really goes to bat for you. Mental is a come in and wait and you may or may not be seen. I don't have that kind of time to spare so I went somewhere else. I'm thankful for the free and next to free services I received here. I'm thankful for the prior dental treatment I received here. The current dental was a frightening mess.

Therapy and psychiatrists are awesome though!

Please do not use any services from this place. I wouldn't allow then to work on my fish let alone a human. I've had issues with them since my family started services in 2019/2020. They refuse to send meds to the correct place. Completely unprofessional attitudes from primary care to certain integrated Health Specialists not being trained on how to appropriately deal with autistic children to conflict resolutions. Seek a primary care and psychological treatment elsewhere.
