Droped my truck off on the 17th of August to have an intake leak fixed was leaking oil out the back. It is currently still there and it is the 22nd of September. They said they had to machine my intake so that it would fit. I have called several times. Even stop by about four times. I sure hope they get it fixed.

I just had a really bad experience at a different mechanic so it was such a relief to come here. Tom knew exactly what was going on with my car, their prices were super fair, and my car runs amazingly now. It took a couple days to get me in, but it was so worth the wait!

The service was outstanding from first point of contact to vehicle pickup. The problem was correctly diagnosed and confirmed by a mechanic for which I drive to Michigan when possible who typically works on my car even though I live in Missouri. This Complete Automotive auto repair place replaced plugs and wiring efficiently and for a very reasonable price. They did not upsell or lead me to believe any more work needed to be done on my car. I now have a trusted place for car repair both in Michigan and Missouri when needed.

Brought my car in because it had died one time. Was running fine when I brought it in. They had my car for two weeks and never once called me with an update on the car. I had to call them. Picked it up and couldn’t even get it all the way home. It shakes so bad I can’t even drive it. Don’t know what they did to it but they are a very dishonest business. Do NOT take your car here. Beware!

This place has the best pricing I have seen but definitely the slowest place I’ve been to.

Shop did a poor job on installing a direct bolt on performance exhaust, cat back on my 2016 370z. The exhaust rattle, and shakes. The tips were not lined up evenly. I tried to get an appointment to correct and they blew me off. I would not recommend this shop for precision exhaust installation.

Took a friend to pick up a car that was repaired there. Must be a booming business, parking lot was full of cars and my friend's car was fixed and running in a matter of hours

Called first thing on a Monday morning about a broken exhaust hanger on my son's Jeep. Told to bring it in and they had it welded before noon! Excellent service!

This shop did a muffler delete on my vehicle & the quality of work was great. They made it sound just right with no raspiness or drone.
