I would recommend to all. I'm grateful my friends and family recommended I pursue services here at CMHS!

As a walk-in clinic, I was prepared to wait a few hours, and was very comfortable during my relatively short stay in the waiting room. Within less than two hours, I had finished both the paperwork in the waiting room, and been back to complete the intake questions with a staff member.
She informed me that due to a delay earlier that morning, the therapy team was still catching up and would be available in about 1.5 hours, so I was okay with leaving and coming back in a bit. Luckily, less than half an hour later, the staff called me to let me know they'd seen I am actually outside of CMHS' catchment area, and they immediately gave me a similar provider in my area who even had better hours for my availability. I didn't have to make the trip back to CMHS at all for this info!
The CMHS team did everything possible to respect my time and health with every resource they had available, and it was a pleasure to work with the front desk and intake staff. I would recommend Comprehensive Mental Health Services to all.

There is a shortage of Therapists, due to an increase of people who need services. I understand that. Maybe that's why I was persistent and patient. I've switched to online therapy and found the best Therapist I've ever encountered through Comprehensive. It's my responsibility to follow through with my own mental well-being. Today I am responsible. Thank you for your services to our community. There are many of us who really do appreciate you. God bless

Usually my health care is of my own neglect. But rejecting a child's medical needs because we were "4" minutes late is unacceptable. This clinic won't do emergency help it's "MAKE AN APPOINTMENT" when they are at minimum six weeks out.

Comprehensive Mental Health Services has been wonderful with my grandson. He has gone through so many transitions in his 10 years & CMHS has been helping peel back some the layers, helping to deal with those deep rooted feelings. Thank you to Sarah, Kyle, Richard, & Megan!

My oldest daughter waited almost 6 months to get an appointment with a therapist, THEN the day before the appointment they called and Cancelled and rescheduled.then we went to ONE appointment and then we get a call saying we have to get a new therapist because ours got a promotion.that's great for her but how os my daughter supposed to make a connection with someone if we can't get past the first dam appointment.
My youngest daughter has been on the wait-list for a YEAR for a therapist and has not gotten a call.still just being told she's on the wait-list. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

Nearly impossible to reach by phone. Today I've gotten the. Use signal constantly. I've redialed back to back several times for over anour because I'm out of my meds and need a refill sent. I don't understand why I need to notify my Dr's every month when I'm ready for my refill, especially when no one answers the phone.there has got to be a better way to do this

Update: I revoke my previous review. The staff 5 years ago was caring and professional. The staff today. Zachary Pena, Andrea Faulks, Rachel Hermes and Lori Byle, all bs.
Zachary acts like he cares but when push came to shove (like a task of telling me he'd drop food off and hardly ever did) he turned around.
Andrea seemed like she cared and wanted to help but would fold when upper management made terrible, life altering decisions for me.
Rachel is the worst. The housing director. Breach of contract. No remorse.
Lori is upper management who didn't have any compassion whatsoever and had no qualms about putting a US Navy vet on the street.
Comprehensive Mental health is supposed to help with mental instability not create it. Shame on all of you. -10 Stars.

Been a while and never heard back never gotten to see a therapist no one knows how to pick up phones there and not know how to return calls after message being left psh good luck to anyone going here as I’m searching elsewhere if I could leave a 0 star I would

Hard to get in touch with anyone via phone and now i no longer can receive my medication because i was not told it was going to expire. I have been without my meds and i feel myself spiraling! They need better communication.

I had an appointment today for counseling. I got there early and they could not tell me if I would have to pay! The front desk new that I was on a grant! They would not let me get to my counseling appt and said they would call me when a council was available. Extremely disappointed!

I've called every day this week and yet to get a response. I've done everything on my end to be able to get in to gateway and I've yet to receive any help whatsoever getting in or even a simple call back telling me what I should do. At this point I'm feeling the system just doesn't care about people getting sober or help

They have a great outpatient youth case management program. They have helped many families overcome many challenges and achieve their goals. The case managers are caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. They use the Wraparound process to provide a comprehensive array of services that address physical, emotional, social, and educational needs. They also connect clients with community resources and advocate for them when needed. The youth case management program has made a positive difference in many lives and I would recommend it to anyone who needs help with their mental health or substance use issues.

Absolutely awful experience with therapist and psychiatric staff. I wouldn’t trust a dog to the care of these people. Female staff that are “man haters” and just can’t help but to take out their own issues regarding control on poor people…. Vulnerable people too sick and unable to fight back. These folks will make you sicker. Period. I would never treat another human being the way the staff at Comprehensive Mental Health treat others. Bottom of the barrel staff…. They just hate poor people. Typical.

Great experience here! All needs were met and I left my appointment feeling heard and cared about. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I left there feeling better than I did when I came in! Thank you CMHS!

I finally received a call back from someone after leaving a message over two weeks ago. In that time I was able to find help with a place that actually IS concerned with the mental health of new patients.

Didn't want to give it any stars. My sons therapist left a year ago and we have been trying to get him a new one since. When we finally get to talk to someone they say they will get back with us in a few days. It has been a year now and we still waiting. This place is a joke.

HORRIBLE! They do NOT answer the phones! I am not going to waste a trip coming up there when the phone exist for a reason! Please do better! I have been calling for weeks trying to schedule and talk to my nurse and NADA! Why have a phone?

That scam people out of life I will protest against that company I’m not going to do anything today

I refused my meds so they threaten me about a mental hospital cause the meds were making me sick and did not help

Do not recommend
