I had spent three months going back and fourth to electronic repair companies and none of them could figure out what was wrong/ how to fix it. It was very frustrating since I had just bought this laptop two years ago.
Alex was very nice and had great communication and had my laptop fixed within 24 hours of me bringing it in to have it looked at. I will be returning for any future problems. I highly recommend!

Alex, was very courteous and helpful, I had a simple issue with my labtop he fixed it in min, I asked him what do I owe you? He said do worry about it, very good business.

I met with the technician Braden I explained thatI needed my computer back by Saturday.

I said all I wanted was a memory stick added he said he suggested upgrading I said no.

He suggested a tuneup in person for $125 I said no. When I went to pick up my computer I met with the arrogant disrespectful owner and ended up paying the $125 that I said no to. I will never recommend or do business with them again.

Honestly everything was great. Mr. B was nice and friendly and amazing and pointed into right direction. You can tell he really wanted to help and not just scam! He knew what talking about. Very polite and respectful! Great communication very organized! Honestly great. I only give four because noticed was scratch on my computer but that’s on me for not checking and just taking it so check your stuff to make sure great! But honestly amazing will be going back in future when needed!

Alex and Braeden are knowledgeable, honest, and great problem- solvers. They have been in this industry for quite a while and are able to troubleshoot and counsel you in maintaining your computers to run at top level. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness with our small organization that does not have an IT department. They are our IT department. We rarely see them.so that means SUCCESS.but.we do know where to go if the need arises. THANKS!

Don't buy from this seller. The seller sent an item that does not match the description and refused to make a refund. I bought this item from his account, discountedelectronicscse, on Ebay. To return the goods PayPal gave me the address shown in the photo
