Friendly, polite, and professional environment, the ladies at the first desk are absolutely amazing, I’ve been to this location a few times and they are always professional and polite

The female staff there were very unprofessional and rude. I walked in with my boyfriend and my mixed baby I’m white. I was there for over an hour for a physical and these woman would not look at me or say two words to me. Once they took me to a room my boyfriend waited in the waiting room and left he took my baby to the car because they were talking about us and laughing. Idk what the issue was but I felt very uncomfortable and upset.

The whole visit was going very good until I got to the masks test, but the nurse was really rude and was on her phone and arguing with someone. So when I get to the test she was really rude and I just wanted to get out of there and she said that I failed the test. That almost made me lose my job because of her, so now I have to go to another site to take another test.

All the employees where professional as to getting eveyone in and out in a timely manner i have no problem going again if needed.

Not bad experience just a very long wait time spent 45 mins there and only 2 people working there.

Great place with awesome customer service. I’ve been here a couple times, once for a DOT physical and the other time was for a drug screen, it’s not a long wait and it’s in a great location.

Fantastic customer service! Fast service.in and out! My phlebotomist was really sweet and did a fantastic job!

They told me I didn’t need an appointment when I called to set one up the said walk right in. Then when I got there they told me I need an appointment just really confusing honestly just needed a simple drug screen done for my employer!

The doctor was easy to talk to about what was going on. The nurses great to work with and very friendly.

They got me right in at my scheduled appointment time. They did an excellent job. Recommended to all the drivers at work to come here instead of the North Broadway location.

Nice clean facility not real crowded.they where having computer issues and the ladies did a great job dealing with it

Everyone that is there is super nice and helpful. My kids love going to tumbling class. We can’t wait till the next session come so the kids can get in some more classes.

I'm a trucker and my company sent me there for a random drug/Alcohol test. They told me my company was not signed up them. We WERE. After an hour and a half of waiting and almost peeing in my drawers, they finally called me in.
The lady at the desk was really nice to me and I don't believe it was her fault.

When the doctor did my physical he did a rush job the ladies at the front desk was nice to me but i feel they were unprofessional when they were talking about a patient as if their phone call got on their nerves but what more upset me was that the doctor did a reflect test on my knees witch they didn't move at all and he said nothing about that but ok i just feel ot was a rush job

The lady in back that took care of me for my drug screening was so polite and well spoken and very nice

I went to Concentra for a hair drug test a couple of days ago. Everyone was really friendly & they were willing to answer my questions. The process took about 30 minutes; it was pretty quick for the number of people inside.

When something exciting happens some things can slip your mind or cause someone to have elevated vitals. Standing outside at a bus stop can cause blurred vision when taking a physical. 20/40 normal, read line 5. Eyeballs froze ad watery upon arrival to Concerta. Thank you understanding emergency response to an unforeseen vehicle repair not of my own doing.

Everyone was great in the back that take care of you in an orderly fashion. My issue was the staff at the front desk who was not always friendly. You are the first face people see coming in it should be pleasant at the very least. After all this is still customer service.

That was my first visit to an urgent care facility. Everyone was friendly and service was great. Definitely not what I expected based on feedback from others.

I went for an rotc physical. The physical was pretty fast and painless. Staff seemed friendly as well. The main issue was the wait time. I went at a time where their computers were down and waited for an hour before they took me back into the exam rooms. Other than that, the visit was good.
