The staff was incredible. So nice! The entire staff as I came in remembered me, had my paperwork, knew my name and treated me with so much respect. The nurses took great care of me. Doctors were so pleasant. Really appreciated your staff

Went for a pre-employment drug screen. They had me in and out in no time at all. They did an excellent job of protecting you from all possibilities of coming in contact with the big bad Covid 19. All around the Staff was very upbeat very kind and courteous. Highly recommended.

I usually have nothing but problems at concentra, front street, Grandview, north kansas city so I tried the newer one

The staff in lees summit/indepenednce made you feel like a person, treated you good my Physical was fast and easy

They lost my paperwork but when I asked how much longer and they realized they couldn’t find it they apologized and quickly printed off a new set and got me back right away. So what could have been a bad experience they ended up making it a pretty good one still.

I went for my flu shot and I have to say that it was the best one I’ve ever had. The nurse squeezed a pressure point on my shoulder and gave me the shot and I didn’t feel a thing!

I was scheduled for the apparent tri swab, covid-flu-strep. Drove to the covert "back door" ie. Employee entrance, they came out asked a few questions then shortly returned to get the swabs. Professional, kind and quick. Thanks Concentra.

The staff was so incredibly friendly it helped restore my faith in humanity. People these days seem to always act inconvenienced and dislike their jobs, but it was clear that these people loved their jobs. Not only were they overly friendly and helpful towards the patrons, but you could tell from observation that they had a strong staff bond as well. The energy was so positive, inviting, and harmonious that I thought about asking if they were hiring.

This is my favorite location. Jazmine, Ebony, Jessica, Chasity, Sarah and N. P. Harriet are so nice and efficient. Will always be my preferred location and top choice!

I called on 10/12/2020 to see if this location is open today and there was a very energetic voice that assist me with my questions. As I entered the building there was no doubt of who this person was. Ebony was fantastic! She had the same energy as she called me to her station. As I left all the others (Jasmine and Sara) said good bye. This was a fantastic experience. Also Tony who took my urine sample was amazing. He made jokes about locking my items in the locker shelf (underdog sticker). Tony also made me feel very comfortable as he told me everything he was doing and how their machine that does the testing worked. Thank you so much for a great experience. This is a GREAT TEAM!

1st time to this office and I am so glad I came here. Dr. Jennings was very concerned with my issue and took care of me. I then received a follow up call! I only wish they were primary care, because I would finally have a doctor. I will be back with any urgent care needs!

Very professional. Nice and clean. Did not wait long at all after filling out paperwork. Also liked the convenience of being within ten minutes of my home. I will definitely use Concentra Urgent Care again.

Being a first time, I would expect it to be a quick and painless donation, a lady inserted the needle too far into my arm it started hurting so bad, while she was in a rush she left me. So 10 minute of sitting there, my plasma wasn't going through, so another lady came by and fiddled with the needle and after another row of pain I yelled at her to stop and put it in my other arm. These people are incompetent and careless and need to be trained more.

Went to Concentra for a pre-employment drug test. Office was pretty busy but my wait was short. Staff was pleasant and courteous.

It was my first time at this location and I have to admit they took care of things quickly and everything was very Covid-19 friendly it was very professional.

I went for a work Comp claim and the Dr was rude didn’t listen, and also told me “you’re just milking work Comp” on day two. Today I gave up trying to argue with her. Although the Therapy department was AMAZING! Extremely helpful, caring and compassionate! Every single time I went they were amazing

I was greeted warmly when I first walked in the door by Ebony and Jasmine. I went in for a work required screening and something went wrong on my company’s end. The wonderful staff said not a problem and they would help me figure it out. They were kind and patient throughout the process of figuring out how to get me listed correctly for my company. Sarah was imperative in helping to find the correct company that my screening was listed under. My paperwork was quickly handled and Mona took me back and immediately took my relevant information and helped to get the physical and screening started. My doctor was incredibly helpful throughout the physical of answering questions and getting me to my screening. I was very thankful for the patience and professionalism of the entire staff during my time there. Thank you!
