Concentra Urgent Care, Kansas City MO

This Concentra site sees over 100 patients a day, so I didn't mind the short wait. I still had more paperwork to complete. These workers went above and beyond with impeccable customer service and making sure I knew how to perform my test. Receptionist Ms Felicia, Nurse Beth and Dr J. Salis Thank You! Sincerely.

Its was a positive experience. With one exception, I went during there busiest time of day so the wait was long. But watching what was going on it seem to run smooth and seamless.

I honestly wish that I could make Concentra my Primary care. Everyone there is so friendly, caring and concerned for you. Thank you!

I had a rough time here the first couple appointment. However, it’s get better after Michelle idk if I spelled her name correctly. She’s really nice and sweet woman. She is the manager with curly hair. The white bold dr was awesome too. The physical therapist lady was so kind and professional. I want to say thansk to everyone out here. Especially halima I guess that’s her name a Somalian girl. Appreciate it.

It's always good to see staff be professional doing their job. Very professional group of people!

If I could give this place a no star I would have the doctor there is a quack and twist people's words around and lies.

Too slow whether you have an appointment or not. Wait time is at least an hour and front desk staff are kinda confused. Some don't really know what they are doing.

I have dealt with this location for over a decade and always receive professional treatment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and provide prompt treatment (as long as you don't show up at peak times).

I really like coming to this office. The staff is awesome and I feel I have a personal relationship with my favorites. Michelle, Kim, Jennifer, Trista and my buddy Heather! I always look forward to my visit at this branch. I hope no one leaves the team because it would never be the same if they did.

The new technology was quick and easy. Saves on paper and better for the environment. The receptionist were professional as ever. My nurse had good customer service.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful. The nurse (Javier) in back was very nice however the Dr. Was not friendly. He was more along the lines of why was he there, he wanted to go home.

I went for a dot physical. And they was very polite and got me in and out. Tge office was busy too

Everyone is friendly but I set appointment up and I get there early and have to waited till almost a hour after my schedule appointment

Was seen in a quick manner and treated professionally. Able to get back to work with very little down time.

Went in for drug screening and physical for Job went quickly they did a through amount of tests to make sure you are able to lift or move items hearing vision and drug test all around good place

I walked in at 4: 12 pm as I'm a truck driver so my schedule varies. The receptionist where all ready talking about going home and what not then proceeds to tell me we don't do physicals after 4pm. It would be nice to see it posted on the doors and websites for people like me on different schedules. I understand you close a 5pm. I will never come back to this location and will let my company know about this location and it's problems

The front desk wasn’t very helpful or interested in talking to me. The ladies in back were decently pleasant though, so that kinda made up for it.

Had to do a random. Was in and out faster than expected. Profesional check in and profesional check out.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wait was not long. Once I got to the back, the process went by very quick and smooth. Thank you.
