Concentra Urgent Care, North Kansas City MO

Walked in was greated with friendliness was very professional and quick didn't have to wait but maybe 5 mins before going to back and once done sat and chatted about what all was going on and was made sure that I was very comfortable with everything and understood all that needed to be done. Thank u

Google walk in clinic and this place pops up. Clearly that is not what they are. Preemptively, before I even drove there I tried calling/going online to see about checking in and making an appointment and they don’t offer that service online. After I get there, there’s maybe 8-10 patients waiting in the lobby while maybe 4-6 desk lady’s are just standing there cutting up and talking amongst themselves.

“Hi I’m a new patient looking to see a Dr or Nurse Practitioner”
“Well, what’s wrong with you”
“I just wanted to know how to sign in so I can see a Dr. ”
“Why, what’s the problem”
“I’m coughing up Black goo and would really like to see a Dr. ”
“Oh well we don’t have anyone today to see you” and just gives me a paper with other care centers WRONG information on it.

Why do I need to play 20 questions with you lady? Just tell me what the hell I have to do to sign in? I’m a new patient I don’t know how you guys operate. If you don’t have anyone to see me why not lead with that? Who’s seeing all these other people? How did they get to check in so easily?

Easily the WORST care center I have ever walked into. Cramped waiting room filled with confused people. Workers and patients alike. There going to tell you go elsewhere so save yourself the trip.

Everyone in this office was super nice! They got my drug screen done within 5 minutes. Karla Erica and Chalet were amazing and genuinely helpful!

This Concentra location got me going after the Crossroad’s Concentra’s location shut me down because the Doctor they had didn’t know how to read my c-pap information which was a huge disappointment to me as a driver with a CDL! But North Kansas City off of Armor Road was a great help in time of need! Thanks

Young ladies at the front desk were delightful. Whole process was not as miserable as some similar providers make it.

The staff really work efficient, and you can observe how dedicated to there mutipile jobs they were.

I thought a drug test would be quick and easy but you're in the same line as everyone else with illnesses and time consuming issues. I thought the drug test for employment would be seperate since it's less time consuming. I really had to go to the bathroom while I waited there for over an hour. 10am. Got to do drug test at 11.15am. On a Tuesday. So just expect a wait and possibly choose a different drug test location if you have the option to.

Every time I’ve been here i have had to wait 2+ hours for ANY simple service like drug test and TB test. Absolutely recommend you go elsewhere as the staff often “forgets” you’re here and just push you to the back of the line.

Brittany and Helena as well as all of their staff were very helpful and educated both my husband and I on how to proceed with workman’s comp. Thank you!

I only rated 1 star because it wouldn't let me do zero. I saw a total of 5 people besides the front desk staff. Only 1 was willing to listen to me. I was almost in tears with how the first 3 staff treated me. The dr wasn't as rude but told me not to worry about the way the rest of the staff treated me. I will not go back to this location.

The staff are top notch professionals. My appointment was st for 8: 00, it wasn’t until 9: 13 before I actually got in for the physical. I was unaware that they take walk ins. The X-ray tech was out on maternity leave, they were prompt in finding another (Concentra) facility to send me to complete the physical. Nine months is enough time to find temporary replacement. After arriving at the second location I was able to get right in after only waiting ten minutes. Overall it was a good experience at both locations and I would recommend them. Thank you CONCENTRA for your professional service as well as your kindness.

Although the staff all seemed to be very busy, everything seemed to run smoothly. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I don't have to think about where I'm going when I need and care. I automatically know I'm coming to concentra. It really was fast and easy. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient of what they do.

The people were hard workers however your web questioner was annoying. If u answered yes to any question a new prompt pops up taking more time too fill out. These should be only yes or no questions. I will not give you my whole history because I have a pimple on my butt needing to be popped.

My experience was top notch! I was treated with friendly staff, care and respect from start to finish. This my first time at this location. A very clean thorough group! Thanks

Randi was very friendly on the phone and in person even though they were very busy and there were some entitled people.

Always take some time to get seen, but staff couldn’t of been more polite and understanding!
