Had to go for a DOT random the staff was courteous and attentive I was in and out in no time great folks

I showed up 15 minutes early to my 9am appmnt and then had to wait 2.5 hours past 9am before I finally saw a doctor for my appmnt which lasted less than 10 minutes.

Rhonda was a pleasure to go through my HAZMAT physical process with. The experience I had was great. Rhonda knows what she’s doing and how to have a very personable attitude. If it was one of my employees I would give a raise/gift card or something!

Gaby and the ladies knew I was in a big hurry because I was required to do a random drug screen.

It was nice they have wonderful service, they wait was a little long but things happen that were out of there control but still they very super nice and apologize!

The wait was just way too long. I got there maybe an hour and a half after they opened and didn't get out until almost 2. Maybe that's normal I don't know.

Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait over an hour for a routine blood draw. The tech was nice and knew what she was doing.

There was a failure of staff to communicate how long things would take. I waited over an hour for a DOT physical. I finally went up and asked how much longer it would be. They estimated two more hours. I thanked them and elected to come back the next morning.

The receptionist went above and beyond getting insurance approval for my ua. It had to be completed by 430 Friday for my employment a job that pays an excess of 100,000 year I wouldn’t have this job right now if it wasn’t for that girl. I had an appointment with Quest laboratory but they wouldn’t do it because my drivers license was expired and I didn’t know that until I went there to get my UA my appointment was for 1 o’clock Friday with quest I would write them a zero or -10 again that girl went above and beyond get me take care of I’ll never forget it if you’ve got any bonus money she sure deserve it. Thank you very much

The girls that do the test were great! The wait time is ridiculous! 3 hours to wait for a drug test that you have to pee in a cup and wait like that is crazy! Hire more people!

I loved my experience at this location, the lady who helped me made my normal experience of getting a drug test done like a kid in the doctors office, she kept a great conversation going making time go by swiftly and I was out of there in no time, her name was Shelley C. She got me in and out with a positive attitude
