Busy place, friendly staff, but once, they had forgotten me, and also I lost some revenue waiting for my dot to get approved

They go up on the DOT physical almost every year. When I first started going they where 80 or 100 dollars and now it's 130. Over all it was very good experience.

Really easy and staff was friendly and helpful even when I made a mistake signing in. Got my test done quickly.

Excellent customer service I was in an out plus the young lady’s where polite and friendly.

It's very obvious that the physical therapy guy has a vendetta against any government worker. He has issues

This place has a very hostile work environment.i was told to come to concentra for a workers comp.i waited in the waiting for 3hrs to be seen when i first came.i was told to be on light duty and physical therapy.when i’ve been doing physical therapy the therapist “Andy G”, made very sexual gestures and word choices to me during my care. He touched my glutes and massaged them over 45mins that happened last week and today is Sept 22,2023. So i reached out to my Adjuster to get my physical therapy which over.i’m also 19years old as well, thought i should put that out there before i say what im about to say.ive been doing physical therapy at Athletico.for the two last days of physical.ive seen more improvements in those last two days than them.ive been going to concentra since august.the doctor discharged me because my MRI CAME BACK COMPLETELY FINE.but i told him im still having pain from when i first got my injury.like im not capable of doing my normal job fully.i’m between a 50-70 right not a 100%. He sad well many your mental health could be playing into factor since you take dulexotine for anxiety switch could cause you to have pain.mental health can cause pain but not constant pain 24hrs all day everyday.i asked for more physical therapy and workers leave and they denied me more physical therapy. DO NOT COME HERE FOR WORKERS COMP.nobody cares about youre wellbeing. ESPECIALLY THE MD MALE DOCTOR EDWARD I BRLIEVE.when i first meant him he did an assessment.she was feeling around my glutes to see if i had pain.he pushed soo hard on my back in that area i almost buckled to my knees and since then ive been experiencing a lot of frequent pain in the area he pushed on.do not come here if you have pain in your mid to lower lumbar and if you get sharp shooting pains down your spine.

My visit to Concentra- Fenton was great. They took me as soon as I entered. Gave me an employer info login to complete, and shortly after I was called back. I respect clinics that respect your time. Get in and out quick.

Was very fast and efficient for pre-employment drug screen and the staff was super friendly

The doctor & nurse were very friendly, the front staff got me in as a walk in really fast. Overall the best experience I’ve had so far any any of your facilities

One of the girls at reception was extremely unprofessional and kind of rude. The actual nurses, NP, and PT I dealt with were great!

Wait was long but they happened to be short staffed the day I was there. They were professional and efficient. Just don't go if you're in a hurry.

They did my testing for my company but the person conducting the tests was less than enthused to administer it.
