Concierge Hearing Care, Chesterfield MO

I can't say enough wonderful things about Concierge Hearing. My biggest mistake was waiting so long to get my hearing checked. You won't believe how much your life will improve when you can hear again.

Very professional, on time and helped answer all my questions regarding my new hearing aides.

Verry friendly I was 10 min late and still got right in I would recommend them to anyone that has hearing problems

My hearing was tested last spring for any change in hearing. I have had several hearing aids in the past. Jackie fit me with a new pair which significantly changed my hearing for the better. And the ear molds were much more comfortable than previous ones. I recently took one in for repair. It came back quickly and with improvements. Overall Concierge has been prompt, courteous, and very professional in their service.

Dr Jackie did a awesome job helping me determine that I did have some hearing loss. I seen her at the carpenters wellness center witch is very convenient for me.

I highly recommend Concierge Hearing! Our experience and care with Dr. Napoli was wonderful! She helped my son who did not want to get his hearing tested feel very comfortable throughout his entire evaluation. She was very thorough with the exam and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with the care we received.
