4Quality of flatwork was good. Business model very sloppy. Lien waiver after work was paid and completed was ignored for a week. Requests were made via text and email exchanges. The waiver had to be hand-delivered to a job site on the day of closing. Ridiculous that folks had to hound Chris and jump through hoops for a simple signature on a form. Final blow was an email insult to the title company by Chris trying to make them look bad.

Chris gave me an honest and fair price to pour our concrete patio. He and his crew were on time, hard working, very professional, friendly, and just all around great people! They had our job completed quickly and my wife and I are SO pleased! I would sincerely encourage anyone to look past the negative reviews here. We will use this company again and have already recommended them to several relatives and friends.
Worked for this company, Chris has alot of issues. I won't even go into detail due to how personal it is. But from a guys point of view that worked for Chris 3+ years, all I can say is don't waste your time with someone that will feed you stories of lies. By the way, never once missed a day of work for you. You sir are a true P. O. S. I am stuck with a hospital bill because of YOU that you promised to pay. Don't even get me started Chris.
