Confluence Kombucha reviews
14Incredible. Clearly the best kombucha with amazing flavors made to perfection with lots of care and love. Unique delicious vegan dishes of superb quality, fabulous flavors and beautiful presentation. Excellent service.
If you want an interesting, fresh and new food and kombucha experience then this is the place to go. I went on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail that goes into every bite. If you want to expand your palate and truly try fresh and delicious food, this is the place to go. They use unusual ingredients that make for interesting pairings. This is a hidden gem in Saint Louis. I will be back for more! Thank you for a wonderful summer evening.
The coconut yogurt is out of this world. I am. Regular customer where I pick up the coconut yogurt and the amazing nut bread and this trip I got the tacos! Omg they are amazing! Highly recommend this place not to mention the kombucha which is carefully crafted from experts who consciously select the finest ingredients. Thank you William for starting this wonderful St. Louis establishment! A+ to the staff and servers s well!
I took my son visiting from Durham, NC. We are vegans and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We started with the full kombucha flight and kimchi tacos, then had a kimchi pancake and shan tofu ending with a serendipitously made dessert of mulberry fudge, with aronia berry sorbet, coconut yogurt flavored with saffron and delicious local black raspberries, chocolate mint and bee pollen.
Each entrée had so many layers of flavor, that you just have to go there and try them yourself.
Okay, so I’m not anything close to a vegan but I tried it and I liked it! Yeah, you heard me right! The place indoors is a little small but they Do have a nice little outdoors patio. Lot of kombucha to choose. Hope you, like me can try them, I don’t think you’ll be sorry.
Amazing. Can't believe I waited so long to stop in. Always stop at the farmers market booth but now I will go out of my way to stop in to make a pick up! Love the flavors and sustainability. Must stop if you haven't.
Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. I'll return with my friends. If it was closer to my home I would be here often.
So delicious! Any time I visit St Louis, I try to stop in and get a delicious innovative kombucha flavor and any number of their incredible vegan food options. This time, we tried the burnt grapefruit kombucha (tart and refreshing) and the kimbop tacos with local produce as the filling. A winning combination. We'll be back!
Great spot we sat outside it was amazing food and great variety of kombucha did I say amazing food the whole experience was great on point keep up the good work!
What a gem of place to have in the StL area! Been there several times and really enjoyed the different flavors of Kombucha the team had put together ️
Amazing food, delightful people working there. So many fresh flavors in everything, the kale and butternut squash with cashew brie is a favorite!
This place serves exquisite food and kombucha. Really amazing combinations of ingredients (particularly fermented ones!) and flavors. I'm particularly fond of the tacos (made with seaweed instead of taco shells) and the tempeh. And they serve so many wonderful kombuchas: Favorites: Chai, and Chaga+Reishi.
Awesome place. Ever changing kombucha flavors made with quality ingredients! They even serve spring water:)
This is one of the best places I have EVER eaten at, vegan or otherwise. I've tried six different dishes here and each one is an amazing combination of unique-even startling-flavors that I'll never forget. Hands down my favorite restaurant in St. Louis!
