Copper Creek Dental, Ozark MO

Often visiting a dental office is an unpleasant experience. But I was able to schedule an appointment the next day if I were to choose. The check in was quick and I was seen within minutes of walking thru the door. Dental assistant explained what will be done and possibilities of options. Dentist was informative of each action before or as they were being done. Chatter of events of the day helped the time go by quickly. I was in and out of their office in one hour. Great job.

Recently I had a significant procedure done and could not be more pleased with the results. The communication and professionalism by the Doctor and staff were top notch. The procedure was complicated but went perfect. My healing has gone according to plan as well. I highly recommend this office. Most importantly, during my procedure the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was ok, comfortable and made it known I was in good hands. I am specifically grateful for this.

The hygienists, the dentist and his assistants are all thorough and gentle. They LISTEN to you and fix any issues you are having.

I recently finished up with Invisalign appliances and am now doing maintenance (sleeping with the retainers). It was a quick process (much faster than traditional braces), painless and I’m very happy with the results.

The Copper Creek team did an AMAZING job with my five-year-old. She is being screened for Autism soon and I was afraid that she would not let them do her filling. They were SO kind and caring. She didn't even realize she got a SHOT! From now on, I won't be taking her anywhere else. You made this dad HAPPY! Thank you!

I’ve used Copper Creek Dental for three years for full dental services. In addition to cleanings, I’ve had other work done. Dr. Jacoby and his staff are professional and courteous. They do not press unnecessary procedures, but keep you informed of potential problems they see in the future. I highly recommend their services.

I have so much anxiety when it’s comes to going to the dentist and everyone at Copper creek dental is so friendly and make me feel so much less nervous. They walk you through exactly what they are doing and make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Yesterday, one of the rubberbands on my braces broke. It was on a tooth that had a spring moving it and it caused my tooth to start moving backwards and was causing a lot of pain. Unfortunately, the orthodontist that I am seeing was not able to see me until next week. I stopped into Copper Creek to simply see if I could buy a rubberband so I could attempt to reattach it. The receptionist was immediately happy to help and took me back and they realigned the tooth and attached the band themselves. With all they did they did not charge me for the assistance they provided. It is rare these days to have someone step up to help someone out, be professional, and immediately provide help where they can. I cannot recommend them enough and you cannot go wrong seeing them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Jacoby did a stellar job making my retainers and checking my kids' teeth for cavities! I could tell he cares about his patients and loves his job. The staff was helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist! Thanks Cooper Creek!

I highly recommend this dentist and his staff. Today was my first time there with an emergency appointment that my husband made for me just this morning. Dr. Jacoby and Alicia were amazing. They kept making sure that I was comfortable and in no pain. I had a small melt down while I was there and they showed so much compassion. I wish I would have gotten the blonde lady's name that checked me in and also the financial lady's name that explained the charges to me so I could mention their names too for they were both very sweet and compassionate. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but I will definitely be back to this one. Thank you for saving my smile!

Everyone in the office is AMAZING! They are so sweet, happy, and smiling. They remember details about you and it’s like old friends when there. I personally like the personal connection. Some may not, but in our community it feels comforting knowing they know me and my family. We’re not just the next client in line and in and out. So if you are looking for a dentist you have to come see everyone here at CCD!

Now let’s talk Invisalign! I finally took the plunge and did Invisalign in 2019. I have been in nightly retainers since January 2020. You guys, if you are on the fence, just talk to them about it. Best thing I could have done. They checked progress and if adjustments were needed, adjustments were made. I actually made a comment about a tooth looking funny post treatment and ya know what - they looked at it and made a two second adjustment that, to me, made a huge difference. They didn’t have to do that. But they did! (Thank you for that by the way!) Cost - on track. No hidden fees. No extras thrown in there. They give you a treatment plan, even prepare for adjustments if needed, and go!

Honestly guys - best team there! Hands down! Go visit them, talk to them about anything you may want to do/change/improve. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Jacoby and his staff provide a very professional and competent level of care in a friendly and relaxed environment. I have been to a number of dentists during my lifetime and Dr. Jacoby is number one. He explains each issue completely and involves the patient in developing an appropriate treatment plan.
