I very rarely leave reviews and almost never leave negative reviews. However, we were very disappointed with this company. Sean appraised our home for a refinance we were pursuing and appraised our home for $110k less than the bank’s estimate, as well as roughly $90k under what every real estate website estimated our home to be not including the many updates we had done in our two years of ownership. Sean was very polite the day of our appraisal and I had a great time chatting with him. I was shocked to learn Sean spoke very negatively of us to our lender. He then refused to speak with us and give us an explanation for his extremely low appraisal. We’ve worked with a highly respected real estate agent who also used comps to evaluate our home and it was also $100k more than Sean’s appraisal.
