Called to have a quote on getting a Egress window replaced and waited a week. An hour before someone was suppose to come out the technician said it was too far away. I was then told that they don't usually come out for windows (could of told me that the week before). This potential customer was treated terrible.

They refused to make my windows because I live 1 hr 30 mins away and they said if they can’t install the window, they won’t make them for me. How dumb is that? I have a professional company building my house so they will be installed professionally. Thumbs down all the way

From getting a quote to install they were excellent to work with. On install day they showed up on time and full 10 window install was quick and the team was very courteous and cleaned up like they had never been there. I will be using for my future replacement windows.

We had an original picture window (41 yrs old) replaced with two double hung windows. The office staff is very friendly and kept us informed of the schedule to perform the work. Cornerstone did a very good job removing the old window and installing the new windows. The windows fit great and look great. They did the work in about two hrs and were very professional and considerate of our home during the installation. We had received a couple of other quotes for this replacement work and Cornerstone was very competitive and I think the windows (ProVia) are very good energy rated windows. They had several selections of brick molding colors to choose from and one that matched our existing trim paint color. I would highly recommend Cornerstone for window replacement work.
