Corwin Ford Republic

I bought a Ford F150 from Corwin Ford Republic. As part of the sale, it was supposed to include a free 90 day subscription to the navigation system. It stopped working after 4 days. I called my salesman and was told there was nothing they could do and did not offer any solutions. I asked her to talk to the manager to resolve it but have not heard anything back about it. They made their sale, they no longer care. Rest of the sale was good and I love the truck. Too bad they have bad after sales customer service.

They were my angels, broke down on my way back to Texas from funeral in Michigan and they fixed it in a little over a day. The Ford house in Springfield wouldn't even look at it for a month. Would definitely go back if I lived here, they are angels.

If you go to Corwin Ford ask for Tyde Jones! He has so much knowledge about all of the vehicles, and is so kind and friendly!

Scott Akin was our salesperson and he was great! He was knowledgeable, helpful and we felt very at ease. I got the car I wanted at a very fair price - can’t ask for more than that! Thank you.

The service was absolutely 5stars. The service techs that serviced my bronco were amazing! The only downside to this place is their website and lack of connectivity to all the information that ford has on my vehicle and the service plans that I’ve purchased. Their website and online scheduling deserves 1 star. Everything else is awesome!

We have purchased a lot of cars but received the best customer service from Scott that we have ever received! He kept us entertained while waiting through the long process of waiting on the bank approval. We also appreciate Mike helping us to understand how to get our Gap and warranty monies back. (billy) was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the brand and helped us get the best deal after searching for a truck for months.thanks again! After posting this rating we have a few things that need corrected with our truck I will update my response after every thing has been taken care of hopefully in a timely fashion.

I paid far more than I wanted to but I think that the dealer did everything they could to bring the price down that I can manage it

I bought a used vehicle and extended warranty. I’ve had it less than three month the tire was leaking air slow. I didn’t hit or run over anything. I took it to my tire shop. He said the wheel it bent and cracked and it looks like someone tried to fix it. So I went in to corwin service they said there was nothing they could do. Haven’t made second payment. I won’t go back.
