Cosentino's Price Chopper reviews
31Great donuts if you can get them fresh. Don’t miss the Dollar Aisle, there’s always great savings there. Interesting selection of beer as well. Not my first choice store, but definitely a good choice.
I like shopping at this grocery store. The check-out lines tend to be very long but no complaints other than that.
They don't answer the phone they put you on hold for 10 minutes then they give you the runaround then you can't get ahold of what department you want to find out if they have what you want and then they just hang up on you bad place to go.
Mr. Kelley the Mgr. At the store is a disgrace to the Cosentino’s name! He is Very rude!
Maybe the owners need to take him for a ride and straighten him up. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau in the morning this guy is killing your business!
Good luck Mr. Cosentino Thanks.
I love the ladies that work in seafood. I've been shopping there for years an I've seen them an they know me, Cashier's are nice as well, love the quality of food. The customer support staff just isn't friendly at all. Like I've been up there more than a few times. All the ladies an the tall slinder guy who may or may not be a manager just aren't pleasant, I'll try to use customer service less. I'd rather spend my money where the support seems happier
They don't supply as much fresh produce as they do in most other PC. They do supply more to Spanish families. The store is easy to maneuver through except 3 isle's They do have speedy check outs.
Security. I would gave it a 5 out of 5. Cashier friendly and they to work hard except some times lines can take awhile so. 3 out of 5. They hand cut their own meet so. 5 out of 5. Safe place to go grocery shopping. Thank you.
They are always so friendly and helpful there. The best times are soon as they open or before they close the worse possible customers don't show up at those times
This store is always neat and clean, nothing out of its place. Produce is perfect, Hot food is amazing.
Price Chopper is a great store could come down on some of their prices but overall it's a very good store
I buy in this place 2 times a week, i know all the employees faces, and i never feels so ashamed.
I tried bought vodka (like always) but only this time they saw my International driving license and my Employment US id card with the American stump (the one i use to bought vodka everytime - even the manager accepted it last time ive bought vodka) and now, a racist girl been there and she told me yu cant buy without american id. So i call the place after 10 min they let me stand there, and she said in the phone, yes you are not an american and she hang up in my face. Its disgusting that this is the way you treat your customers, and one who have Price Chopper card and buy there all the time!
It is okay. Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes they have good sales but on occasion the food may be expired. Never had a good experience with their bakery food.
This is my Neighborhood Price Chopper and I love going there during the days! Managers go around and ask if we need help looking for something. There is a woman named Sue who sacks our bags every time and she always has a smile on her face! Even though they don't have everything we need, I still enjoy going to this Price Chopper for small needs.
The store as a whole is good. Prices are fair and the price chopper card is awesome. But mostly all of the caishers are rude and have attitudes. Nobody is every around to sack the groceries. I can do that myself but the old people that shop cant. Almost all of the employees are always outside smoking cigarettes. And the security guards are always going after the wrong people when it comes to stealing.
Once I committed to not going here my life got so much better. Aldi on independence Avenue is where it's at. Every once in a while I stroll in and see the same things that made me stop going there including poor quality food and a dirty store. Don't expect the typical cosentinos standards here, I'm sorry to say that.
Very nice place to go and get a variety of fantastic and pleasurable food. I like maple syrup for my cereal and they have log cabin brand and I will be back in the future.
Not a fan of this store but nothing better in the area. Long lines and not the best-trained staff makes for a bad customer experience.
This is the nastiest price choppers I have ever been to. I only go here when I’m to lazy to go to the one in Raytown. The prices are higher and the selection is minimal
The restroom is A-W-F-U-L. They had rotten tomatoes in a bin that had mold on them. Some how the restroom is back were they bring the food for stocking. I'm pretty sure that's not sanitay.
I can usually find everything I need at this store. They're produce is pretty good. Their prices are slightly higher than other stores; however it's my "go to" store. The absolute worst part about this store is their grocery carts. It would be a good idea for the store to invest in carts that you can actually push and utilize for shopping.
