Costco Wholesale reviews
24My experience with Costco was wonderful. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the help and friendliness of the workers. I was even impressed with the deals and large selections that I haven't seen in other places.
I always have a good experience at Costco picking up prescriptions. The employees there always make sure to check that I am saving as much money as is possible. Whether that be using a GoodRx coupon and waiting a few extra minutes, or using the Costco Membership prices. What has always struck me as even more impressive about their worth ethic is that they are busier than ever right now during the pandemic, and yet no employee has hesitated to help me with GoodRx coupons (even when it takes extra time and they are so busy), everyone I have dealt with has always been extremely polite and understanding. They seem to be aware that people are in financial binds right now and need to save money wherever possible.
Love going here. Good prices when things are on sale! Always friendly workers and they keep the store stocked up really good.
Would be a 5 star rating, but customer service needs to approach refunds in a different manner than sending you to the individual store you made the purchase.
Great, clean store but usually stays pretty busy. This location does have self checkout which helps lines move a bit quicker
Variety, affordable I wanted some French Onion Dip for my chips unfortunately they don't sell it, overall a good shopping experience.
Loved shopping and good court but oh my gosh st the crowd of Xmas shoppers.
Much more plesant when it is not bumper to bumper baskets!
The employees here are always very friendly. Especially yesterday when they helped clean up a big mess we had caused. They were very kind and understanding. The employees make this a great place to shop.
I went there from Mercy hospital, hard to get to and didn't have the selection that Maryland Heights has.
Place just rocks! Great products, great customer service, and great prices on fuel. The lines are sometimes long but "the best comes to them that wait. " The guest vendors are very informative and do a great job demonstrating their products. The food court is amazing and super inexpensive.
I like the choices of non- processed foods. More so than at Sams club. The international food offerings are great here. And so are the fresh meal to go options.
Nice selection of and champagne. Would like to see Maytag Bleu or perhaps Point Reyes Bleu added to the cheeses.
The pricing on items they have in stock is great. The have electronic, food, clothing, home products and more. I have found the pharmacy here has some of the best prices around. I pay less here for a prescription than any place I have found.
The workers are helpful and friendly and checking out is fairly quick considering the crowds they may have.
The tire department is also a good deal.
So much better than Sam's Club. Good rotation of new items, and hey, if you need a 46 inch wine glass they've got you covered
Costco is one of our favorite stores. They have great customer service, great products and great prices. They also stand behind everything they sell, so you know you are getting reliable products.
A bit of a drive away if you stay in the county aka suburbs. But worth the drive especially if you need to fill up on gas. Best prices hands down. Parking can be a bit crowded. Store is clean and checkout lines arent too long and you're out of their fairly quick compared to the Costco's in Northern CA.
I am upgrading my previous review from 2 to 4 stars. I think my previous review was based on an isolated bad experience as a first impression. I really like COSTCO now. Good value on everything. I like their business practices and the way they treat employees better than their major competitor.
Costco always on point with selection and service. Was very busy because of the holiday weekend but employees all agreed like "been there, done that" so all was going smoothly n
Quality items in large quantities at wholesale prices. Good service from store staff and cheap food for a quick bite before or after shopping. Discounted gas prices and credit card with good cash back rewards are additional perks to membership. The tire center could be a bit of a wait and there are limited appointment hours. Other than that, no complaints about shopping there.
