Been here 4 hours.still haven't even started loading.bunch of ahole walmart trucks blocking everything parking everywhere

Don't haul loads for this company they will put too much product on your truck and when the receiver rejects the overage you will sit all day and night and miss loads they just cost me over 4000 dollars this week cause they can't decide what they want done with the extra product

No complaints, arrived 7 hours early and they gave me a door, was loaded in 2 hours! Thank you

Very rude stuff if you come late just one minute will cause you to wait 5 hours i was there 8 hours and left without loading

Hit or miss.mostly miss. At best, plan on 2 hours to get loaded. The check in guy is a grump, like he is doing you a favor. Wait time is lost time, not time off, I don't think he understands that. I know I will be back.ugh

If you see that you will be late for pickup at the appointed time, or you have bought from a broker late at the appointed time, it is better for you to refuse this shipment in advance. All latecomers will be loaded by the shipper late at night closer to 12 and, accordingly, you will be late for delivery.

Arrived 30 minutes before appointment time and was made aware of it. I waited 2 hours before they started loading me once they started I was out within 30 minutes. Not sure if they were shorthanded but it was somewhat reasonable time

Terribly slow for there to be only 2 trucks live loading. Was made aware of being 5 mins late due to waiting on another driver to finish check in. Then told it would be a hour (which turned into an hour n half) before they started loading. Then waited 30 min for the same driver to back in a door and drop his trailer. Counted 1 pallet being loaded every ten minutes, but no one missed a cigarette break I see. Been 2 hours since check in and I'm sure it'll be longer before I'm done.

Not sure of overnight parking, but when I arrived. Got put in a door right away, loading took about an hour. Would have been 5 stars, but I hate Porta potties!

It's usually a hit or miss. You can always count on 2 hours minimum to load. Checking in can take 30 minutes and then once loaded, you have to go back.

If I could this place ZERO stars I would.been here numerous times takes forever to load and today they made us sit and wait for a "work in" load seriously they gave a time frame of 7am to 8pm here it is nearly 11pm which is ridiculous never had a problem getting loaded before always had an immediate door and then today they are taking forever. I'm beginning to not like this place our delivery time is 7pm tomorrow and don't know if we are get there in time because of these slow people

1 hour loading. Don't come before your appointment they will give you a door but won't start loading.

Strictly by appointment only, don't get there early, it won't help ya. The older guy in the office is very gruff and will make u wait if you're early. Lots of room to maneuver. Slowly to load.

I had 8PM appointment, arrived at 2pm.
In and out in 40 minutes

This place only has one appointment time. If your company sends you here on a time range do not believe that. If it’s from 0600 - 1200. You better be here at 0600. Any later then that and you are late and you will be parked here all day.

My first time here was not a lovely stroll in the park. Waited hours just to get in a dock. Local drivers get priority here. Once in a dock took about 45 mins. Next week went to pick up a load here on a Friday. Their computers went down, said they would not be able to do any live loads until Monday. They do allow over night parking though!

Well as I read these reviews.so say they are nice will get you in and out! Can come early! Well you can come early but will wait till your appt. The first guy in the office was a sweet older gentleman! Needed a different number so I left for a min. Came back the second guy wasn't so pleasant! Needless to say.im sitting here waiting till my appt. Time!

BEST! PLACE! EVER! 10/10 would come again. Don’t bother coming in early they don’t care about that. Make sure you come 5 mins earlier and even then they will give you door half an hour later. That water you see was on my way to shipping/receiving once in a life time experience!
