They dont provide good service when something breaks. Mold in every inch of the place. They smell horrible. Trash everywhere.

I wanted to inquire about a apartment so I came into the least office. Someone was already assisting someone while I was waiting on another leasing agent to come back from a tour, meanwhile to women walked in and didn’t have an appointment just like me. But guest who got service first when the other agent came back from a tour, not me! Like I wasn’t sitting there waiting! I felt overlooked and had to ask if they had an appointment, there was no answer and they continue to help them and not me. I’m cool on them this was very unprofessional and rude!

Country Club Place Apartments it's by far the best place I have ever lived. My family and I had never had such a heartwarming experience.
Organization, service, effectiveness are just a few reasons why I have referred tones of friends and family that are now living here, including my auntie and cousin all the way from UTAHH!
It is essential for us to be at a place where you are listened when you have needs. Thanks CCPA management.

Staff is rude, kept a hinden camra in my unit for security reasons, with it caught maintenance going through my things.

When you move out they will scam you band make ou pay for something like a pin sized hole in the wall and charge you $350 and maintenance is terrible the people at the front desk don’t even act like they care I’d love somewhere else you can get a lot nicer of a place for the same price

Was charged for "pool side access" pool didn't open for two years. Moved out, and they tried to charge me for a bunch of dump stuff.

I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option. Friend of mine was forced into paying additional hundreds of dollars for 3 tac holes on the wall. They showed black and white photos as "proof" and refuted the damage was already there. Save yourself the headache and court date and don't bother living here.

Horrible staff. Lived here for a few years and the management was always bad. We had to move out over the insane rent increases. Not worth the price at all. The property manager is impossible to talk to all she cares about is taking money from tenants.

Worst experience I’ve ever had living anywhere. My neighbor was constantly threatening to hurt me and playing music on speakers all hours of the day. Leasing office refused to do anything even after cops came multiple times. The only reason they got evicted was because he quit paying rent.

I was handed an electric bill even after taking it out of my name from the next tenants for over 100 I had to call ameren and they refused to drop the bill but closed the account for good this time. Also on move out complex didn't send me any photos or receipt, but handed me charged for $450 dollars. When I went up there in person they showed me photos of the two small marks on the counters claiming it was that and a broken shelf.

Besides issues with leasing office the apartment was gross. My deck had multiple nails sticking up and boards falling. The unit smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. People never clean up after their dogs. The leasing office does not take care of trash cans either.

Leasing Office is horrible and the managers there are rude. They raise rent over 200 dollars on every lease resigning. Please go somewhere else.

Do not waste your time and money. Lived here for 3 years and it was an awful experience. Management is anything but helpful, will tell you one thing then switch up and say something else the next day. Constant maintenance issues, leaks from all the sinks, the AC unit, the upstairs apartment, etc. Doors, lights, and drawers constantly falling off because of cheap hardware, appliances don’t work properly and maintenance will not fix the issues. Leasing office is not trustworthy and will try to screw you over if possible. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

Management is absolutely horrible If I could leave no stars I would My lease was up in May and I'm still fighting with the company For weeks Now And still left Waiting for my money from my deposit That I am owed back And apparently there's no way to get ahold of corporate Not By phone not by email And finally getting a check in the mail for not even half of what I'm supposed to get back This is ridiculous I want my money.

Do not move here. Poor maintenance. Poor customer service from the office who are lying unprofessional AH. No security people get car jacked and management is unsympathetic and refusero install security cameras for safety.

Horrible! When it rains, it rains through my patio door which formed mold after 4 times of them “saying” they fixed it. This pictures is from a washer over flowing down to my apartment. It poured from my main bathroom ceiling, my bedroom ceiling, my bedroom walk way. I also had water running out of the electrical box in my laundry room! The entire light fixture was filled with water as well. I called 911 because that’s a fire hazard! Maintenance came and pretty much laughed in my face because I called 911. No one has come to pull Up the carpet which could cause mold! The lady in the office told me that “it’s not dangerous nothing is going to happen it has to dry up! They are HORRIBLE! I pay too much for rent on top of the fact rent goes up each year! I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone not even the
Homeless!

Horrible customer service management. Charlie clearly does not have integrity in the services that he provides when to comes to helping out people who are inquiring about apartment searching.

When I first started walked in I knew exactly what I was looking for and prepared to apply because I had been there previously to inquire about apartments. Charlies stopped me at the door and asked if he could help me. I asked to view the apartments that were fully renovated since I had already seen the non renovated apartments. Charlie stated that since the lights on the porch are on that we are unable to view apartments. Although it was 4: 30pm and the sun goes down at 5pm, I understood that those are the rules set in place. So instead I asked if we could look into apartments that are available. Charlie again says that we can not view the apartments at the time. As I am still standing at the door, I responded to him and said thats not what I am asking. I asked Charlie can we see what apartments are available and I pointed to the brochure on the table to help him understand. He says, “oh you can have that if you want it. ” I said no that is not what I am asking. I pointed over to the two women who were sitting at the table. I said to Charlie, I am saying to be seated and to view apartment prices and availability just like everyone else that comes in to inquire about apartments. He finally says okay and walks me over go go over pricing and availability.

After looking into it he says that he is going to send me photos of the newly renovated apartment either the next day or tonight if he has time. In his mind he had already made up that he will do it tomorrow. I said okay. So the next day I never received anything in my email. I called and spoke with Amanda and told her about the poor service given by Charlie. She said that she will speak with him, and help me out when she calls me back. I never received a phone call.

At 6pm when they are closed, Charlie sends me this email. And today he still has not helped me, called me back, and sent in photos.

I was in labor yesterday and I can not view apartments at this time, so I called today and told Charlie that I want to work with someone else besides him. He says that hes the only one there today and can not leave the building to take photos. My problem with Charlie is that Charlie is not taking me seriously. If Charlie says that he is going to do something then Charlie should value his word. Charlie is putting a bad name to Country Club Apartments with his unprofessionalism and lack of integrity towards me and my family. I will look elsewhere because of this experience and all Charlie said in response to this is “Im sorry that I cant help you” so with that being said, Charlie is a bad apple that has put a horrible taste in my mouth in regards to this company.

In the summer you will spend 200-300 a month on electricity to keep your apartment just at 76 degrees, they seem to just use cheap AC units. Plus all their stupid micro managing rules on top of that. Apartment is super nice, but the management makes it not worth it.

This is the Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, When I moved in the place was surrounded by bugs and I had a newborn sick child, and they did not want to let me out of the lease. Every time I called maintenance the office never responded to fix anything, I was without electricity several times due to electrical issues they did not want to fix, They overcharged me for an entire year for water, sewer and trash. When I was without water several times. They also lied upon move out to keep my security deposit.

Very DISAPPOINTING to hear similarities in various tenants issues with this apartment complex. Was eager to check this place out.but now VERY SKEPTICAL to even go in for a tour to see if I want to Live here. My advice to MANAGEMENT from TOP to BOTTOM do BETTER IN LISTENING TO YOUR TENANTS.and When it comes to HIRING STAFF MEMBERS "ESPECIALLY " MAINTENANCE TAKE YOUR TIME TO REALLY EVALUATE THE BEST CANDIDATES FOR THE JOB!

Wish I could rate zero stars! If you are looking to move in please look else where. My air conditioner has not worked properly since I’ve moved here this will be my last year here. They do not ever completely fix anything my air does not get Lower than 70 on a good day. You might think that is a cool temperature but not on a 100 degree day plus I’m on the 3rd floor HEAT RISES! There are so many other nice apartments in St. Charles select one of them Not Country Club because they only take your money. (You’ll be putting in numerous work orders just for them not to fix anything)

Poor place to live. They will take your money, chew you up and spit you out. You are nothing but $$$ to Country Club Place. Don’t be surprised if they raise your rent for no reason, or charge you unwarranted fees.
