Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center reviews
12This place is a joke! Management doesn’t know what they’re doing, unqualified people in the kitchen, people just sitting around while call lights go off. Its sad. Don’t let your family members go here!
I would give 10 stars if I could. After a horrendous experience with other providers we thankfully found out about Country Club. The administrator, Ryan Phillips, and his outstanding nursing team renewed our faith and relieved us of the burdens of having to constantly advocate for my family member. Country Club takes care of your loved ones the way you would, with compassion, common sense and love. Thank you to everyone at this exceptional nursing facility.
Bad reviews. Long story short stripped my parents of their identity. Threw away their belonging. Didn't ask them about things even though dad was in his right mind then went to my brother. Took my dad's leg brace causing his health to decline and now he is in hospice.administrater slammed door in our face. Social worker walked away as we were trying to talk to her. Did not give mom water 3 times a day. Did not remind mom to change cloths or go to activities.
The updates on the interior are far from the only things that have been updated. The administration and staff have been doing a great job with the residents! I know who to go to for any questions or concerns.
This is by far the best facility in and around Warrensburg. The Administrator, Ryan is the best thing that ever happened to that facility. He has built a great team and and it has been my pleasure to watch this building grow and flourish under his leadership.
I have the pleasure of working here, and I am so thankful for the amazing administration staff that goes above and beyond for our residents and staff. The activities department is the best I have ever seen at any of the facilities I have ever worked at. Our house keeping works really hard everyday to make sure the building and residents room are looking good. Therapy department is amazing and works really well with nursing to make sure there is well rounded care and treatment. The DON and ADON are really knowledgeable and are top notch with nursing and education for not just staff but family members and residents. I enjoy coming to work every day.
Country Club Rehab is a wonderful nursing home. The new administration has been a great asset to family and residents. The new dietary manager has done wonderful things for the facility.
The staff and administration at this building are friendly and ready to help when needed. Caring for individuals can be a challenging job. However, after meeting a few of these wonderful healthcare professionals, you wouldn't be able to tell it was difficult. Always smiling and willing to help, even without asking. You have a great team here! Keep up the awesome work you do.
Residents) and families report care negligence, improper medication distribution, no concern for elder patient (medically necessary) diet/nutrition, meals not delivered, no assistance in pain management or comfort assistance. UNDERSTAFFED always - nurse station phones go unanswered, bedside call bells unanswered for OVER AN HOUR - and longer! Erick (director/supervisor) RUDE and UNempathetic. Most aide staff has absolutely no understanding of basic care and assistance that needs to be provided to elder/disabled patients. There is NO way this facility is compliant with state mandates or regulations.
High attrition for employees not family with the facility manager. Nepotism at its finest! Meds are constantly passed to the wrong patients and left on hallway trays for anyone to take.
I had the privilege of working in this facility & with this staff as a hospice CNA! The care they provide to their patients is amazing. The staff is so tentative and helped anytime I needed something while in their building. I was never treated as a guest, but as part of their family. The interactions that you sat back and watched down the halls between staff and residents is something like no other! Thanks for all you do to provide for those in need, it truly doesn’t go unnoticed!
I've had the pleasure to work with County Club Care Center over the last 5+ yrs as a Hospice Partner in their community. Country Club has always been a clean and active community, full of staff that really focus on care. Their Activity Director Melissa has been a long term employee and really has been a stand out Activity Director. She's always developing fun ideas to draw residents out of their rooms, keeping them engaged. Brenda the Admissions Coordinator has been there since the building opened and is a wonderful resource to both the nursing community she works for, but also the Warrensburg community itself. If you have any questions about needing placement for a loved one, I'd highly recommend calling Brenda. And most recently, they were able to acquire a new amazing Administrator who has brought so much more life into the community and has done some amazing things in such a short time.
Top notch nursing community - check them out!
