Use this service years ago and I guess there was a $49 bill from 2001 that was never paid so when I called like a week ago she said they would not pick up my trash because of this 20-year-old Bill even after I said I would be glad to pay it they monopolize the area they know they there are the only trash companies that picks up in my area these people need to pack it up and go home they are horrible.

Why on earth, in the modern age, is there no way to pay the bill online? ! This is the ONLY bill we have to have a checkbook for. For the 9 years I've had to use them, I have had to order checks exclusively for them.

They also never answer the phone or seem to be in the office. Company is completely out of touch with modern business practices.

We have used this service for several years, switches back in 2012 when gas prices were high. The company we had been using raised prices every 3 months. Countryside has never raised our price, they come at the same time every week, and replace the lid on our can. (instead of throwing it on the ground). We recommend them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, never answer the phone, never return calls. If you have any other options do use this company. We only have one choice or I would take my business to another company

Never ever answer the phone, don't take cc, never pick up on time. Don't send timely bills

Called to get trash pickup because my neighbor uses these guys, took 2 weeks to get back to me after 3 calls and dispatcher said the driver doesnt service my house!

Worst experience ever. Don't ever answer the phone. No physical address. Only correspondence is by mail. Don't return calls. You can only pay by mail!
