These guys gave me a fair price on a Honda part that worked great. My mistake was that I forgot to record the donor car's VIN number. It's a year later and I'm ready to get an Ohio title inspection. They were able to look up the Invoice and VIN and get it to me right away. Saved me a ton of hassle!

Kip is the man! Super knowledgeable and always a pleasure to talk to! He always goes above and beyond to help out getting information whenever I need to order parts and engines. I work for an automotive shop so I talk to a lot of different places and it's rare to find guys like Kip!

Horrible customer service. They don’t like to answer questions and make conversing with them difficult. Have never tried parts from this location from the customer service not sure if I want too.

The gentleman that answered my call was being a rude the whole time. He told me I can take the break light and make it into a bicycle and ride it to the moon then told me he doesn’t care. Great customer service guys
