The worst place I have ever lived in my life. If you mice as pets, that's the place for you. There are plenty of mice!

I currently live here.
The manager is great, very friendly & gets things done.
Maintenance always addresses any problems in a timely manner.
Yes, the buildings are older. But everything in maintained very well. Including grounds, trash, pool, etc.

The maintenance guy tho? DUDE IS AWESOME SAUCE! Literally Great guy, very personable, and knows what he’s doing! He’s fixed a couple things in her unit and is a overall great guy!

Landlord is absolute buns tho, very unprofessional and rude as hell.

One of the absolute worst places to live in the city of St. Charles. Within my first month of living there I had already had to complaints for my kids being "to loud". The office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I lived there for 3 months and kept my place spotless but I'm not getting my whole deposit back. Its all just a bunch of BS if u ask me.

I would not ever recommend living here. Office staff is not friendly, very unprofessional. Maintenance doesn't do much but walk around and talk to people. He is very nosey, likes to get into peoples personal lives instead of doing his job. The place is very gross. Pool is nasty not cleaned when it is open. Laundry mat is very small and does not work well. Have to end up going somewhere else to do laundry. Place should be shut down. I would give no stars if I could. List could go on.

I would like to know how to get a hold of the people owners of court land ridge apt? I have a Complaint I have taken my Complaint to the property manager and she will not do a dam thing about my Complaint I’m not the only person who has made complaints to the property manager Can some one please point me to the people who owns Court land Ridge Apt I would love to talk with the owners only and I’m not the only person who would love to talk with the owners
