3Only good thing about this place is lack of any roaches or other insects
They decided to raise my rent an extra $130… and then about a couple of days later my room flooded all because they don’t have a whether strip in my window and a storm window to prevent water from coming in.
As far as the people that work directly in the leasing office are not the best, I tried moving in a while no one ever answered the phone. I had a family member call and they answered but sounded very rude, so I just hung up. I know people that lived here and leases were terminated with out reason. They people in the leasing office are going to be the reason this place lose a lot of business. The maintenance and ground keeper is always on the job thought saw him a few times coming to view the area he’s always cleaning and on the move.
