Always has what I need. Good helpful employees also. Easy access to the store and good parking.

Cashier was eating and rude as hell or maybe she was a special needs child some time in her meager life I hope they know how to cut keys now! What a money show.

Store does pretty well although miss their small engine repair service. This retail community may benefit from a stand alone shop

Nixa addition of some hunting fishing stuff. They have lures that are useful. And some In colors and sizes I can't even find at bass pro.

Amazing local Hardware Store. They always seem to have what I need, even if I'm modifying something from what it originally was. Fun place for Engineers. Tom was a huge help to me today. He knows exactly where everything is.

I went to this Ace hardware store and when I tell you it was nothing but rudeness from the time I walked through the door till I left after spending all my hard earned money. I was so sad that the cashier was so rude I had to tell the manager that this was my first and last time at this store. The cashier act as if she just didn't want to answer any questions or just didn't want to answer any questions from me. I just got very nasty vibes from her. So this was my first visit and definitely my last. Money is to hard to come by to spend it at a place with horrible customer service what happened to (Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks) BS

Shockingly there was only two other people in the store at the time that I went. Enjoyed looking around seeing all the new figurines and seeing all the other new products that they had in.

Great place to shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Much easier and faster than going to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Not enough people to help and kind of looks like flea market for Hardware. It's okay but Westlake on Campbell is much much better!

Fine selection, a bit over priced. The staff is always rude, I probably won't go back.

I like this place a lot and they have a great selection of various items. The home decor and fishing stuff is a great touch. It's like they know what guys want but have things for the wives to look at while husbands' shop. Well done.

Like most of the establishments in Springfield proper or the City of Springfield employers and employees are singling out anybody who walks through the doors and making them out as thieves I mean that we spent probably $160 at this place in the whole time we were followed by four to five men all the way up until we're walking out the door
The uncomfortability of this is just sky-high and I I can't give this place a thumbs-up because of it. More override you have to give them a thumbs down and I would not suggest going to this place for any purchase of any hardware or anything really unless you're comfortable being followed and chastise like you've already done something wrong when your about to drop $200 or more

You always find a bargain and you always come out with more than you went for and they're very helpful If they could just make copies of motorcycle keys that would be great!

These guys have it all. Want a toilet seat and a garden hose? Got it. Birdseed and a weedeater? Right here. Spraypaint and some mulch? You get the picture. Get it here.
