CoxHealth - Neurology, Springfield MO

My neurologist is the best. A very kind and smart person, Dr. Ellis. I know God used him to save my life. However, the management of that area has changed in the last year. The manager and the nurses behave like lowlives bullies to some patients. I don't know if this is based on race or social class. These personnel shouldn't be working as customer service for a trash company, even less for a medical facility. The nurses over there get pleasure belittling the patient even in front of the doctor, who's not able to do a thing about it, just to witness it or raise an eyebrow. The coordinator, though, looks more sensible and sensitive person. If your manager and your nurses have less charisma and grace than jail officers, I think they're not in the right place. Actually, not even in the right profession. Really, I cannot find a place where they can give a good service and deliver a good job. Very sad for that office, because it used to be caring for all patients.
