Switched my children to this office when my son was due for his 6 month shots. He had his well child and received his shots here. I took him back for his 9 month well child and they tried telling me my son hadn't had shots since he was 2 months old. They argued with me for over a hour to find out that he was in fact caught up on all his shots and didn't even need any. Do not recommend.

Been calling for a week for an appointment and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours and it’s never come.

Used to love this office, but ever since one of the nurses left a voicemail where she thought she hung up and then proceeded to talk badly about me, I can’t get anyone to call back. This place has turned into a joke. If you want to wait 2 weeks for a call that may actually never come, this place is for you.

I don't know what is worse. The unanswered phones, lack of communication between my doctors, or my FORMER doctor (Dahlager) who would be better off practicing cosmetology and not medicine. This is a poorly run facility, don't let them waste your time!

After waiting forever I finally went in to see Gabriella Cox. She was judgy, rude, condisending and uncaring. She has terrible bedside manners to boot. So, I take an anti-anxiety medication, and a very very low dose of pain medicine for extremely extreme chronic pain, at my last doctor's I could have been on a higher dose with no judgement because they understood the pain that I was in. The first thing that Gabriella Cox said to me when she first came in was "wow you're on some doozies" really, I'm On one LOW DOSE controlled substance and she calls that doozies as in plural. So yea, not a very good greeting, also not good to start off with that judgy comment.so we get to talkin and it's going nowhere. I was never at one time rude to her but I was curious about her background and asked her how long she had been practicing medicine.her response was "long enough to be a doctor". WOW! That comment right there was it for me. I knew that she was not going to be the doctor for me. So I asked to talk to the head nurse on the floor.she came in, she was very nice, I explained to her about Gabriella Coxs terrible bedside manners, instead of apologizing the lady says to me "well did you address her as Dr? ".

And you know what I didn't, usually I do.but this time I didn't, probably because Gabriella Cox didn't act like a doctor. When I was talking to the Head nurse she made it clear that they would expedite my medical records being sent over and then make an appointment to get me in as soon as possible I was under the impression that they would call me once they receive the records. 10 days goes by and no call. So I called to find out what was going on.l never got any kind of notification that anything was sent over. Also There was no referral to any physical therapy and no referral to a pain management clinic as she promised either.

There is a way to speak to patients sometimes you should stop talking and listen to your patients, have some empathy, and have some bedside manners don't be judgy if you want to make it.do not see Gabriella Cox.

Symptoms dismissed, labs ignored and the suggestion that none of the actual facts matter - I'm likely just depressed.
Fast forward a year, and the trainees participated in my cesarean.more dismissing of symptoms, small talk and flirting during my surgery, answers like "we always" and "we never. " Go anywhere else. Anywhere.
