I called the office to schedule an appointment to get my cortisol levels tested. The person I spoke with said I could absolutely schedule that, it would just be a lab with no need to see the Dr.so he scheduled me about 2 months out. When the time of the appointment came, it was quick and easy; I went in, got my blood drawn, and was told I could go. Next day, I get my results. They tested my vitamin D levels, not cortisol. I messaged my doctor on the app asking if vitamin D was the only thing they tested, because I had requested a cortisol test. She messages me back that if I want to get a cortisol test, I have to have an appointment with her so she can order it. I am very very frustrated that instead of telling me that two months ago when I scheduled my appointment, they just tested something random and sent me on my way. No communication whatsoever about the fact that they could not test cortisol without a doctors order. Now, I will likely have to pay $200 for a test I did not order, and on top of that I would have to wait another 3 months before I could get in again. Instead, I went to AnyLabsNow in Springfield and they tested me THAT DAY for only $65! No appointment needed. I am very pleased with my experience there, and will take any future labwork to them.

My whole family goes here. I used to love this place. The doctors are great but if you want to see them for anything other then a physical then forget it. The staff that answer the phones are nice but the nurses never get back to you.

I want to give a big fat zero! My son turned 18, and we had to find a new doctor. I chose Dr. Duff because he has experience with Autism, and made a new patient appointment, which was scheduled over 6 months in advance. This was the earliest appointment available. Then, less than a month before the appointment I get a letter saying that they needed to reschedule the appointment. When I called, the next available appointment would not be for more than 6 months. WHAT! I didn't cancel my appointment, you did!

Very friendly, made me feel confident in the treatment plan and the wait time was GREAT! In and out in 30 minutes! Amazing!

Would give a 0 if possible. Went there with my wife in crippling pain only for them to hand her a few printed pages anyone can get off the internet about "putting ice on it". When i called back some hours later to explain it was getting worse, Ashley the nurse says" well take her to the er then". Useless, inconsiderate, rude, go ANYWHERE else but a cox facility. I was in cox south hospital last month for 3 days and never even saw a doctor!

The nurse practitioner Sarah was lovely, kind and considerate. The physician however had to make a snide comment about how my weight doesn't help. Which tells me 2 things she didn't bother looking into my chart to see I've been losing weight steadily and she has a poor bedside manner. I don't think she intentionally tried to be cruel it's just remarks like that to me is what causes people who are large to shy away from physicians in general.

Dr. Holly Letterman is a fabulous doctor. She takes time to listen to you and discuss best options for you. She truly puts the "Care" in healthcare.

I originally started seeing a different doctor at FDC and I absolutely loved her. When she left Cox, I was nervous about having to re-establish care. I had nothing to be worried about though. I have been seeing Dr. Pharris for several months now and every experience I have had with her has been caring and compassionate. From the moment I walk up to the front desk, the staff is always nice. I usually am checked in and out by Brenda. She is very friendly and kind. The same goes for the medical assistant, Felicia. They are always kind and helpful. I am glad that I have such a great healthcare team!
