Very fast, clean, fast check in. Very nice lady checked us in. Now the nurse that took my son back was very rude hateful, disrespectful. He is 18 but the state of Missouri says he is still in my care. He don't pay his own medical bills. Wouldn't let me go back with him, said the rooms was too small.

Every time I come, I am treated well. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. I don't like to come, but when I'm so thankful to have this resource when I need it. Thank you for providing this service in Lebanon.

The fact you are locking the doors at 6: 30 and looking at people out the window is ridiculous! Just put that you close at 6 or 6: 30 don’t have people wasting their time and gas! This is on 08/08/23!

Don’t even bother. They can’t run labs. They don’t even have rapid Covid test. Absolutely worthless.

Honestly if I could give no stars I would have done so this place is a joke I walked in with my ear hurting which is simple and they asked me to wait and I have been in this room for over a half of an hour now with the pain getting worse every second and the only thing they have done so far was ask questions and leave and have me sit in here pans they stated they were busy today but I really don’t believe that one bit it’s a simple ear infection can’t they take one second and do this so I can get out of here and get it over with it’s so painful I can’t sit still!

Highly do not recommend doctor and nurses was rude. I would much rather wait in a line and go to mercy than ever go here again.

From beginning of our visit and to the end of our visit, we were well taken care of. The staff was courteous, professional, and patient of my toddler who was a little shy. They explained everything very well and made sure I understood. Enjoyed every bit of our visit, and will definitely come back if another even arises for us to use Urgent Care!

Check in was fast. I waited less than 5 minutes before being called in. The nurses and doctor were both caring and friendly. If I can't get in to see my PCP, this will be my next stop.

I came in with my husband because he has been sick for a few weeks now. All went well. When we got to the pharmacy to pick up his antibiotic, the pharmacist warned us that it was one extremely similar to penicillin, which my husband is deathly allergic to. When we called the doctor to get a different antibiotic, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept huffing, acting annoyed, and demeaningly asking questions until my husband finally told him he had a DEADLY allergy to penicillin. When he offered another antibiotic my husband told him he couldn't take that one either, as it was one he had taken before and also reacted badly too. He huffed again and acted annoyed, then finally settled on one my husband can take. Very rude doctor, and you'd think he'd be a bit more careful about reading charts and things. If the pharmacist hadn't happened to see something off we would've been spending a trip to the ER.
