I appreciate the courteous and supportive staff at the CPR Watson location. They were patient, attentive, and assistful with information and helpful initiating the process of repairing my phone. Also, I was able to retain my Zagg protection a week later after the inventory was received; the CPR staff member applied it as part of the replacement fee.

Great customer service. The gentleman I worked with was very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. Another place I called was backed up two days, they got it done in three hours and a good price. Highly recommend.

Wow! I was frustrated and I didn’t want to go to Apple or Verizon and get “hustled” into a new phone b/c mine wasn’t charging. Sam took care of me swiftly and graciously! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STORE ON WATSON ROAD/Crestwood!

Technicians Sam and Tom provided me with EXCELLENT service to rescue my two cell phones today that I desperately needed to have working for some very important personal issues. I walked in with serious sim card physical problems that it was thought probably killed both phones. Sam and Tom (particularly Sam), worked and worked to perfectly resolve the problems and present me with perfectly working phones. I will always go back to them and their CPM shop for any future cell phone problems and I strongly recommend them to everyone else!

Tom was very helpful, found a phone that worled for me & transferrrd all my data. Very pleased.

This is more on the communication. My phone had stopped working. Took it here and they tried to fix it. Now it was unfixable, which I don't blame them. The problem was is they said they would call the next morning after I took the phone in. No call, so I called at 3: 00. They said they hadn't fixed yet and they may have to order a battery but would call me before they ordered it. Well no call. So I called next day around 3: 00 again for an update, the guy had a attitude with me for calling it seemed and said they ordered a battery and would take a day or 2, so I gave them 2 days and got no update so tired calling on a Saturday at 2: 00 and had to leave a message asking for a call back that day. No call. Finally at 4: 30 on Monday I get a email (not a phone call) saying my phone was ready for pickup. I get up there and phone was unfixable they said. Took almost a full week with all this. Waste of $45 for labor.

I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes. They fixed the charging jack on my iPhone, service was great. Store was very clean, customer service was great.

My Galaxy Note 8 was having trouble charging and suspected the USB-C port needing cleaning. I took it here and less than 10 minutes later the port was cleaned out and charging with ease as it should. I asked how much I own them and to my surprise, there was no charge! Said they would appreciate a good review though, so here I am and will definitely be back!

Super service. I had a cracked screen, they ordered the parts and as promised 48 hrs later the parts were in and my phone was repaired. Would highly recommend this business.

Shout out to Tom at CPR. I was having issues charging my phone and he was able to help me get my phone fixed in less than 5 minutes.

My daughter has an iPhone 11 and it was in a horrible shape. The screen and camera was destroyed but they fixed it. It looked good as new so I would definitely return in the future with another phone or tablet. The price was decent as well so it kind of balanced out. The price and quality of work, great job and thanks again!

Quick service and friendly staff! I had a broken iPhone camera lens. They ordered th part on Friday and installed it Tues in an hour.

Couldn't ask for more! Brought it in an hour before they closed and it was ready the next morning! Will definitely use in the future if needed.

Went in saturday to try and get my phone fixed, was told to come back monday before 5 and they put parts aside for me, came back monday before 5 and was told that they had too many orders and to come back tuesday, came back tuesday and was fixed very well and for a very reasonable price
