CPR Certification St. Louis

Very unprofessional transaction, I paid for and scheduled a BLS class a little over 7 days before the scheduled class date and without being informed to any degree, I arrived on the scheduled date and time and was told there was NO class. The owner of the property seemed confused as to why I was there. He wasn't associated with the CPR association to any degree. I had to call the provided number and at first she seemed confused about my arrangements, but eventually I was told I could schedule it for the next weekend. I did so, the associate gave me the same time the next weekend, but I began to worried I'd get the same run around and time wasted so I decided to ask for a refund. Hopefully, it wasn't a scam and I receive it, better to be safe than sorry. Also when I signed for it, I read the duration of the class to be 2 hours, but after speaking to friends that have taken the BLS class with a different association, all said its exactly a 4 hour class, so that left me a bit concerned also. Wasted time and also money on the street meter too.

DON’T do it. Had to wait about a month for the appointment. Then they reschedule the day before the appointment for a week later. In the end they didn’t show up for the rescheduled appointment. We waited outside the building, while calling and emailing for about 30 minutes. I did get my money back.

Just got my BLS recertification from this company what a great environment and the information given was great. LJ was my instructor he is very knowledgeable and made the class go smooth. Couldn’t ask for a better way to get my recertification. Thank you LJ for the awesome class.

Great experience! Instructor was very informative, sharing personal stories when it came to using CPR and the AED. Even though this was a BLS class, he talked about a few important topics when it came to first aid.
