Ethan is the best. My screen on my iPhone went completely black months ago, and I accepted the fate of my phone being broken, bought a different phone and went on with my life. The phone sat in a drawer uncharged from October-January. Then I chucked it in my luggage, and took it with me to visit family in Columbia where I found cracked up mobile and Ethan had it fixed in an hour. After I left, I couldn’t figure out how to transfer my cellular service completely back to the now fixed and working iPhone, I went back in and he helped me again, even taught me a few things. Happy I went to cracked up mobile.

Cracked Up Mobile truly saved the day! After an unproductive visit to AT&T, I found myself at Cracked Up Mobile where their team promptly and professionally solved my issue at no cost. They cleaned the end of the charging port of my phone for me when my phone wouldn’t charge. The service was easy, efficient, and top-notch. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and problem-solving expertise!

Perfect experience. They quickly gave me an exact estimate on fixing my cracked phone screen. The part arrived in only 2 days even though I didn't pay for overnight shipping.
