Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Branson MO

We had breakfast with friends that came to town for a vacation, we enjoyed our breakfast although we did wait 45 minutes to be seated. They were very busy

Really good food. We had a great dinner after the Branson Parade. The Hamburger steak with onion and gravy was excellent.

Would have been better if any of my food was hot. It all came a little above room temp. Country fried steak, okra and mashed potatoes need to be hot. Service was good tho.

We were seated at a table that had no room for us to even pull our chairs out to sit. Along the other wall were 6 open tables so we looked around to ask if we could switch tables.
Not seeing anyone we moved to an open table but I wanted to make sure we weren’t messing any of the server sections up by moving. We saw a waitress and asked and she seemed annoyed and told us we’d be crammed wherever we sat. - even though all 6 tables were open all next to each other. She shrugged us off and we were so shocked at how rude and uncaring she was we decided to take our business elsewhere.

The reason I give 2 stars is because before we left we asked to speak to a manager - and she was attentive, listened, asked questions and wanted to know which of her employees had treated us so rudely. She apologized and handled the situation professionally. She bumped up my score from a 1 star to 2 stars.

We went across the street to IHOP - Hopefully it will be a better experience.

Came to this location for the 1st time period it was a very clean facility and friendly staffing. Our waitress's name was Bailey and she did an outstanding job was very nice and friendly. Food was amazing as always.

Made us sit outside for over a hour and 15 minutes and didn't even put our names on the list.then after we got mad they put our family at separate tables to eat.so thanks for keeping a family separate during family vacation.absolutely terrible customer service.

Went there for brunch on Veterans Day. The place was really busy but they still got us seated in a timely manner. The waitress was friendly & made sure we were satisfied with our food & plenty of coffee. Was given a small cake to go for me being a Veteran. Overall the food & service was Great!

The waitress Stacie P knows how to work efficiently but more over she is friendly, fast, kind, responsive and a great waitress/waiter can make or break a visit and Stacie went beyond and made the visit just awesome.great job! The food was awesome and the front staff did awesome as well. This Cracker Barrel was the busiest one I had ever been in! People all through the shop and browsing yet it was well kept and neat and staff friendly! This store truly has the "right stuff" to create the success for a perfect restaurant visit! Keep up the great work!

It was OK. Food was alright, nothing special. Had chicken and dumplings, fries and coleslaw. Came out fairly fast. Waited over 10 minutes after done eating for server to show themselves so we could wave them over to get Togo boxes. Then almost 5 mins to get the boxes. Didn't seem that busy to me, only about 1 in 3 or 4 tables had people at them.

The food was cold and disgusting. You could pick the mashed potatoes and it stayed in the patty form and was like jelly. I do not recommend.

A little disappointed in the service, all kinds of open tables. Very short handed, they don't have the apple butter any more.

Was kinda busy on my visit but the wait staff was very helpful and trying to get everyone taken care of. They did a Great job at getting orders and checking on my table pretty frequent to ensure we were alright. Thank you for a job well done being as busy as you were on my visit.

We had the pleasure of eating at Cracker Barrel in Branson the week of T'giving. We had a 30 minute wait but enjoyed browsing the store. The food was great and our waitress top notch!

We had a lovely lunch. Our meat loaf, potatoes, green beans & okra was delicious! Waitress was wonderful! Very sweet girl!

Great location and meal prices! These stores are still feeling the stress of Covid and have tables spread farther apart (less seating) and since they started offering alcohol the wait has even more so increased. Service was nice and the host staff were also very nice especially for being so understaffed!

Every Cracker Barrel I have ever visited is the same. So Good! There is something about visiting a Cracker Barrel no matter where you are. It seems to always give a sense of "home. "

It's always good at Cracker Barrel. On our vacation to Branson we stopped in and had a nice time. The wait staff is always good and so is the food.

The food was good, but price has gone up. The worst part was the waitress rushed us along and started taking plates before we were finished without asking we were done. Not sure we will return to this particular one.

I really feel like it is bad to come to your booth and tell a customer i will be right back at 7: 50 then show back up at 8: 15 and tell me that you will not taking any more orders. I feel like if you want to close at 8 close the doors.
