I've received a quote from and submitted to my insurance. I've come back to have the job done 10 days later, but the manager told me he needs t reqoute it, cause the previous employee gas left, and he addad an extra $300 to the quote. What a scam! AVOID FROM A DISTANCE!

The customer service was amazing and the work they did on my truck is top notch.the owner walked me out to my truck to show me what they did.it was perfect

Beautiful work, good communication, fast completion, and even detailed the inside very nicely. I hope to never be in an accident again, but would use them if needed.

They went above and beyond. Still extremely impressed how our son's Cadillac looks since they repaired the accident damage. EXTREMELY Awesome PLACE

The lack of communication from this shop is astoundingly bad. I’ve had to call every time to get a report on what’s going on. Truck was initially supposed to take 4 days. Called and said because of parts it’d take 18 days. Whatever, it happens. Can’t control that. Then the day before I was supposed to pick it up I called. “Oh it’s not going to be ready. ” Ok thanks for calling and telling me. Called today around 2: 30 pm as it was supposed to be done at 4pm. Once again did not hear anything so I had to call. Said they’d call me back. They did not. So I called at 4: 37pm because I hadn’t heard anything. “Oh it’s not ready. ” Why am I calling you? Why isn’t it ready when it was supposed to be ready Friday? Regardless, I should be getting updates on delays and pickup changes. I have a rental so now I need to pay for another day after I had to extend it another 3 days over the weekend. It’s just absolutely ridiculous the lack of clear communication. They called me the third day and let me know it’d take until 1/6. That was good. After that it’s like they’re avoiding me. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would give it zero stars if I could. Unacceptable.

Because of the star reviews I thought I would try them, but this has turned out to be a horrible mistake for me! My insurance company states they did work without getting approval from them and now I am stuck paying a $1408.96 bill instead of my $100.00 deductible because my insurance company is saying they are denying the part that they did not get approval and this body shop was holding my car hostage and I needed my car of course. By the way Valerie Martin confirmed she did not get approval! I also had a rental car I was paying for, and had to keep it longer because Crash Champions was holding on to my car trying to get payment from my insurance company after they didn't follow the instructions that I provided to them the day before I even went to there location, which stated you must get approval before completing the work! So now I get my car held hostage by them and get shook down because they did not get approval! Either they are shysters, incompetent, or stupid! Take your pick, none of those options are good!

This is a joke of a collision center, from responding to their customer to promises they kept stating, had a small fender bender with a deer and they stated my parts were in not even 4 days after my car was in their shop and then boom 2 months and a week later I finally get my car after about "20 promise due dates", they stated they had bigger clients and that they had lost or broken parts they had ordered and they were tired of looking for them, never once did anybody from the office reached out to me to provide me with updates, I always had to call. The manager also tried to mansplain to me how everything works and why you can't make promises like his staff did and he did, after 2 months and a week I would not recommend this collision center to anybody, Val is great and the techs are great but the manager thinks he is above everyone and will talk down to you and don't even think about calling corp they'll just brush you off and say they'll contact you as soon as they can, that you are very important to them! If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Dropped car off the day the parts on order were to arrive. Parts ordered were solely off a quote based on photos I sent to insurance company.

In order to determine if additional parts would be required. Car would need to be broken down. The implication was this could happen the day I dropped it off or the next. Expectation of 21 days would be needed to repair my car.

What actually happened was 14 days later I had car taken to another repair shop. My car had not been looked at. Was told other vehicles were to be out of the shop by the end of month. Really? See ya.

No confidence that my car would be repaired properly. Owners self serving decisions trumped the voice of the person who I had communication with. No calls were placed to inform me of a delay. Trust was lost.

Basically, "there was nothing to report to me". So no call had to update me that a delay had occurred. Bye Felicia.

They damaged my car further, put damaged parts back on that clearly should have been replaced, painted over a chip in the paint without fixing the chip, horrible communication the entire time with me having to constantly ask why damaged parts were put back onto the car, the repairs took a month longer than they estimated and I still have to have them fix all of the issues with the quality of the repairs done.

Crash Champions is the place you want to go. Everything about this shop is quality. The employees are warm, happy, playful, and kind to each other. No place of business has a staff like that without excellent leadership. It's no wonder under the leadership of Devon Ray, who went above and beyond to make a miscommunication right. Mr. Ray's Grandview location is an example of exemplary service that should be studied by business people and university business programs. Simon Sinek and Harvard Business Review would give them 5 stars. If Google allowed it,   I would give them 10.

Went to Menards and someone crashed into our car with a chopping cart. 6" long dent about ¼" deep plus about 5 scratches on from & door panels. Crash Champions took care of it - can't even tell there was any damage. Highly recommend.

Lasandra and Evan were VERY professional and knowledgeable. Turning my car in was a super easy process and I felt completely confident with my car being in their hands for 2 days. When I went to pick up my car it looked even better than when I dropped it off! Not only did they fix my bumper, but they cleaned the whole inside of the car, making it look brand new. Though I found out about them through my insurance; I would without a doubt return to Crash Champions on my own outside of insurance if I needed anything! Thanks again guys:)

They refused to release my car to me under any circumstances, despite the fact that it was legal and drivable, when repairs took far longer than promised, and I needed to travel out of town. I had to have my insurance agent call them to force them to give me my car back. Then I discovered they failed to do the alignment it needed, and there was a big greasy handprint on the dash.
