Crash Champions Collision Repair, Branson MO

Would not recommend, we have had to bring our vehicle in multiple times and the job should have been done correctly from the beginning. The last time they worked on it they damaged the mirror and didn't bother to even tell us. So now we are left waiting to hear from them in hopes that the fix their latest mistake.

Took my vehicle in to get the bumper replaced after being rear-ended. The lady who assisted me was Shantell. She communicated and took care of everything. They were quick getting my repairs done. It was faster than what was quoted. Excellent work and definitely would recommend.

Called the lady on the phone and they told me to go put a new transmission in my car come to find out they put in junkyard they lied to me to get the repair

These guys were absolutely awesome! My car had a collision with a deer and when they got done, it doesn't look like anything ever hit it. They not only got my car done a day ahead of schedule, but they went above and beyond and vacuumed out and cleaned out my car and washed it and did my windows! Two thumbs up for these folks?

Crash champions did an amazing job fixing my car after someone hit me. Their work was beautifully done and a lot faster than originally scheduled. After getting my car returned it still had a small pull to the left so I purchased 4 brand new tires and they also put those on aligned and balanced them again just to ensure nothing else was wrong! It drove perfectly after that. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Lisa and the crew we're amazing, I'm a very detailed person and I have a passion for my vehicles especially my Nissan 370z which I consistently took to car shows, so when it was time to upgrade the body to Nismo trim model I decided to take it to Crash Champions, best decision I made!

Avoid - sent pictures of body damage to them, they asked for vin, sent it to them and never heard back after about a week, would suggest looking elsewhere. Must not need business that bad.

So far excellent service. They handle everything, except your rental, but already left me a text saying they found more damage and were taking care of it with insurance. Outstanding

Great Customer Service, but the guys in the shop did not do a good job. Had two vehicles sent here, BOTH had to be sent back for rework. Very inconvenient to not have it done right the first time.

Very friendly and helpful. Covered all the bases from detailed estimate, arranging rental car, daily updates, thorough wash and interior cleaning, and completing the job two days early.
