They were super nice and great about keeping in contact with us on the status of our jeep. We do have to bring it back to switch the window out for the correct tinted window but otherwise everything was great! Would definitely recommend.

Car door has had to be replaced, I noticed the electric window made a funny clicking sound. I took it back and they promptly fixed it.

Terrible communication don’t know how to check things before they tell you a date. Lie to you when you call to check up on the car would not recommend

Got my truck back and it is missing a part that didn’t have anything to do with repair. They are blaming the tow truck smh!

It’s like a high school lunch table. They forget to do their jobs about every step of the way because they’re much more interested in social hour. It’s literally like a lunch room, even the subject matter. What did you see on TikTok? ! OMG NO WAY! Forgot to get my keys, forgot to have me sign, forgot to call me back, forgot to have it done when they said they would… oh and they forgot to let me know that too. Do not go.

Crash Champions did a great job on my 2020 Chevy 2500. They made all repairs and kept notifications coming about the expected finish date. It was done early and looked great!

Very professional and let me well informed about delays, modified completion dates. They also made calls to me to keep me in the know. The work was very well done and they followed the makers specifications to keep my car with its safety features repaired and collaborated. I still feel safe in my Subaru. Great work and great car!

It took a while to get parts but when got there, they me fixed up in half the speculated time. I'd use them again.

I got my vehicle repaired in April of 2022. A particular part was on back order, but everything else on the car was fixed. The repairman told me he would call me when the part came in.

In November of 2022, I called and asked if the part had come in yet, they said they would ask the person who worked on my car and would call me back.

It is now May 2023 and I STILL have not received my part. I have not received a single phone call updating me on my part status.

This company does a great job. Very easy to work with, and works very easily with insurance.

All personnel were very professional. Was able to get estimate and schedule repair quickly. Completed work was excellent. I have always been very satisfied with Crash Champions.
