3All if the teachers are great, so kind towards our little one, and respectful of any requests we may have.
My 3 year old son has been attending this facility for only 2 mths. Starting last week I get daily calls about behavior issues and having to pick him up. The teachers there are young and have no patience at all for energetic toddlers. I picked my son up he was crying in the directors in the corner trying to get away from the director, I asked him what is wrong, he stated a teacher hit him. And pointed to the teacher. I removed my son from this facility the very next day. I’ve never had this type of experience from a daycare ever! My son has never had behavioral issues at the previous daycare ever.
The curriculum and teachers at Kindercare are amazing. My toddler is communicating and my 4 year old is more than ready for kindergarten in august. The teachers communicate often and send pictures throughout the day. We absolutely love it.
