Since being a Cricket customer for the last several years I have come in contact with many different employees with many different personalities. It wasn't until today that I had the most wonderful cricket experience of my life with a young employee named Angel. She provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced and greeted me with a friendly smile.

They people at cricket were so helpful. We had Kaitlan as our sales person; she got me switched over and got everything set up my phone. Also, she saved us alot of money by switching. She was amazing! Thank you so much Cricket

Came in with phone issues. Alex got me into a new Motorola and was even able to save us $$ on our phone bill!

I came in anticipating that my visit would be short and it was not but Angel helped me every step of the way getting my phone numbers transfered over and she even went above and beyond making phone calls so that my last line that wouldn't switch was released from my previous carrier and I was able to walk out with a family plan that's works best for my family and the phones that we wanted and needed. Angel went above and beyond in a frustrating situation and made the process easier for me and I could not be more greatful, I was there a bit past her shift end time and she was wonderful and kind and polite and her knowledge and customer care were amazing, I would definitely recommend this service and store location to anyone looking for a patient staff and I'm so glad I am a cricket customer.
