Cricket in Sullivan is amazing Stacee B was wonderful she was very patient and explained everything that we asked. I would definitely recommend this store

Literally the worst customer service on the planet. I’ve been hung up on or placed on hold for literal hours. The customer service rep in store said they would replace our phone, no questions if we paid for insurance. Found out that she lied to our faces. Tried to lease a phone online, and they charged my bank account instead, and after 5 separate phone calls (4 of which I was hung up on), I am still waiting on a refund. They sent an email saying 1-3 days, and it’s been almost a week with nothing. The last rep said they had to “approve” my refund, after I already showed the confirmation email that a refund would be issued in 1-3 days. A complete scam. Absolutely disgusted

Very nice store. The lady was in training at least her badge said but you couldn't tell cause she handled it like she was a seasoned pro. Helped us out and we were on our way in record time I highly recommend this store too anyone

Cyndi was very nice, and persuasive. Was very helpful in getting my daughter reactivated and new phone with accessories.

We showed up at close not realizing the store closed at 6pm and Cindy welcomed us in with no problem! She is absolutely amazing and definitely a good keep to your company. She went above and beyond for both my mom and I. She explained every detail to us with any aggravation or frustrations. It was a pleasure to work with Cindy!

Visited the Sullivan location today to get my fiancé started on a new plan. The only worker there seemed to have a bit of an attitude though. If we weren’t set on the plan we were getting we definitely would of went to a different company.
